Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable house, great location. Private, but accessible. Disappointed in RE, had to call 3 times over a month to get emails on house details as well as check in (never sent code, had to call upon arrival). And yes, the twin bed room still smells like urine, little dusty, no need for dusty plastic plants. Little disappointed for price. Landscaping was lovely.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a very enjoyable week. This is the second year in a row that we have rented this property. However, upon our arrival, we have to say that the overall cleanliness of the home was not as good as it was the year before. In addition the front door screen was completely broken and just hanging there, there was a urine-type smell in one of the downstairs bedrooms and the downstairs AC unit was not working properly. Upon calling the office for assistance, the screen door was repaired and we were provided an air freshener for the bedroom. By mid-week, the smell was gone. The AC unit did not work properly for the entire week.
