Beautiful Wine Country Vacation Home - St. Helena Short Term Permit PL-24-021

The house is beautiful with plenty of space! We were a party of 11 and everyone was comfortable. The setting is surrounded by vines and feels very special. The location was convenient to all. I didn’t give 5 stars because occupants of 3 of the rooms complained of uncomfortable beds. Other than that, it was perfect!

Excellent house

We had an issue with the heat coming on and not turning off and one of the hosts came over right away to reprogram the system and cool the affected rooms off. They have a book (like a published book) with all the info you need about the surrounding area and where things are located. We had 4 couples and it was nice that everyone had their own space.

The house was perfect for us. We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday going to some wineries and it was nice to come back to this spacious house for some relaxing downtime. The rooms were big and well lit. We really liked the central area where we could gather, talk and eat. The location was close enough to downtown St Helena that we could walk to the bars and restaurants. It was easy to get in and allowed us to create some great memories. Would stay here again.

Todd was extremely helpful and very responsive. The house is perfect for 5 couples- we enjoyed preparing a meal at home and being so close to town. Excellent stay.,Might suggest stocking more coffee mugs. Thank you for your hospitality!

The location and size of this home is ideal and the physical structure and grounds are beautiful. However, there are many things broken and unattended to in the actual house. The host did eventually get someone to fix closet lights not working and clogged shower drains. We could never get fireplace to work and overall the interior is tired and not well cared for. Beds are very uncomfortable.

Excellent home that is actually nicer than the pictures, host was super responsive and accommodating for both early and late check ins. Love the little treats and upscale appliances. Check in was super easy, instructions requiring turning off alarms on 2 keypads within 30 seconds proved to be a non issue, but initially seemed stressful.We would definitely book this gem again, just off the main drag, great location in St Helena.

Home was wonderful to stay at - It was nice having such large en suite rooms & the various rooms upstairs. Everything was clean & as depicted in the pictures. The vineyard out front was very cute

The house was even better than what I expected based on the pictures. We were there with friends and family, totaling 10 people (5 couples) and the house could not have been a better fit. It was well stocked with all of the essentials, including many spices and things in the kitchen that I'm assuming had built up over time from guests. Overall 10/10 stay!

House was in a great location. It was walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and other places of interest. We never got to cook in but the house had all you would need. We were a family of four couples so each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. We did wish more than one bedroom had a king bed. Great host and addressed any problems we had, quickly!

Great location, great stay. Would have been a 5 star if we could have figured out how to manage the temp. It went from meat locker cold to toasty. May have been user error!

The house met our needs, had plenty of space, coffee supplied, right down the street from CIA, where we were having dinner. The HVAC unit was behind a locked door and was very loud, but Todd was very responsive. We couldn’t get the alarm working and wished we didn’t have to bother with it, but overall enjoyed our stay and Todd was a great and responsive host.

Used this house as a place for part of our wedding party to stay and was blown away by the property. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, host was really helpful with communication, and the surrounding area is gorgeous. The amenities made this a great place to stay and for my wife and her friends to get ready on our wedding day

Wonderful home, perfect place for a family of all ages!

We rented this house for an over-night stay for a friend's (mellow) bachelor party. The house is great for groups, and is centrally located to all the great wineries and restaurants in the area. Highly recommend it!

Rented this beautiful home for 3 nights due to our daughter’s wedding in St. Helena. Perfect place for family and friends to stay while attending the wedding weekend. Sleeps 12 very comfortably. We appreciated the cool AC and the spaciousness of this home. Perfect place to relax when we were not wrapped up in wedding activities.

Loved the house and location!

Large house needs maintenance! Sleep 12 legal occupancy stated at 10. 12 guests only 8 coffee cups! Some burners on stove don’t work. Master shower door mis aligned. Bbq filthy

Our group of friends were in town for the Taste of Howell Mountain wine festival and this location couldn’t have been more perfect. Easy walk to downtown and to the festival. We loved the bedrooms and the back patio. We will definitely stay here again.

Property was absolutely perfect for 3 couples and 2 singles-everyone had their own space and bathroom. Property was clean-vineyards in the front yard, easy to climate control and so comfy. We loved it!

Great stay with friends! Plenty of room to spread out. Home had all the amenities and lots of charm.

This was my second time at this house - it is beautiful and perfectly set up for a larger group (6-12 people), with lots of privacy for all. The front porch looking over the front yard vines and the back patio were wonderful places to gather and hang out. The house has all the amenities you need - the kitchen is well set up. The hosts' instructions for checking in and out were clear. The location is ideal - easy to walk to and down Main Street in St Helena. We brought in fresh baked goods every morning from the nearby Model Bakery. Many thanks, Todd, for your help with our reservation! It was a lovely place to celebrate a special family birthday!

The house was great and the location is super! The sound system in the house was a little challenging for us old folks, but we made it work!! Would go back again for sure!

A great house for a family weekend. A lot of room to spread out. Great location close to town.

My children and their families (six adults and four young children) stayed here for six days. We absolutely loved the house. As the host, Todd was helpful and responsive to the few questions we had. The location was conveniently within walking distance of downtown stores and restaurants. We stayed in early September and it was fairly hot during the daytime. The central A/C kept the house very comfortable. Washer and dryers on both the first and second floors made it convenient for each family to separately wash their clothes, a necessity with four children. There was plenty of room for all of us, including play room for the children. I highly recommend Casa de Vigne to families with Napa vacation plans.

We booked Casa de Vigna for our post-wedding celebration trip with close friends and it was absolutely perfect. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, there were plenty of common spaces for us to gather, and the beautiful vintage Napa aesthetic throughout the house felt like we were being transported to a different time. The St Helena location is ideal for anyone booking a trip throughout Napa valley. The owners even took the time to leave us a gift of wine and chocolates to help us celebrate our recent marriage. We would highly recommend this property to anyone with a large group and we will definitely be planning to return in the future.

House is beautiful and location was great for us. Only downside is upstairs bathroom is rather small and really for a child not an adult. No light in the shower either. Don’t know if it was burned out or what? Never worked. Lock box was hard to get into. Perhaps that can be changed. Otherwise we had a fantastic time for our nephews 50th birthday! Would stay there again!

We celebrated a 60th birthday in St Helena and the house perfectly suited for our needs. A large courtyard in the back was great for our down time. House is nicer than the pictures.

This is our 2nd time renting this home and we love how close it is too downtown. We love to walk to town and enjoy the wonderful restaurants and Model Bakery. Todd is so good getting back to you when you have questions. We will recommend staying here. Always clean.

House is beautiful and very roomy. The master bedroom and bath are enormous. Very easily housed our extended family. A short walk to downtown St Helena, but surrounded by vineyards. Great stay!

This house was excellent for our Napa Valley wine tasting trip. It is in a great location in St. Helena and could easily accommodate our 9 guests. Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in this area.

The home was large and comfortable. The location was great in walking distance to downtown St. Helena. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch looking at the grape vines. The kitchen was well stocked.
