It was the perfect location to gather with family to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday.

We had an amazing time at this home! It was spacious, clean, and perfectly set up for our large family gathering. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the outdoor space was a huge bonus for the summer. Everyone had plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful—everything was exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again!

It is far into Suncadia, about 12 minutes off the main road but it’s quiet and you really don’t have much neighbors.The living room is huge, but needs a big sectional couch being the focal point of the house. The current set up is not good with uncomfortable tiny low back couches. Also, we wish there was a yard for the kids. Sadly, there is no access to the Suncadia pools, which is crazy because the homeowners probably pay a hefty HOA fee. Suncadia needs to change that.But we would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay, helpful hosts, everything was great.

We had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas with our family at the Whitefire Lodge. The number of rooms and bathrooms were perfect and provided private space for each couple while also providing a great space for the kids. Communications and instructions were well prepared and arrived in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this home for any family event.

This is a very large, very well-appointed house in a somewhat secluded area of Suncadia. It had everything we needed (with a few minor exceptions— bring conditioner and lotion) and the setting was beautiful. The game room was awesome and separate area for gaming upstairs proved to be useful. You should know you must have an Xbox account to play video games and they ask that you not plug in extra devices If that’s important to you. The beds were good— pretty firm, and the house was exceptionally clean when we got there. Couldn’t find a broom to sweep up which would have been handy. The hot tub was great and we used the fire pit even on a 29 degree night. The walking trails and playground at Suncadia are great as well. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home with great outdoor views. Hot tub was very nice but a very strong chemical level, harsh on the eyes. Firepit was lovely. Plenty of indoor seating.

Awesome place to entertain especially with the fun outdoor living space. Fire pit was great for hanging out and the kids loved the bunk room.
