Stayed Jul 1, 2025We had another fabulous trip and stayed a week at Seabreeze. We discovered this gem five years ago, and make a point to spend my husband’s birthday here every year. The weather was perfect and the waves were firing. We mostly spend our time body surfing, being physically active and resting at the house with books and games, & this location is perfect for our style. This year, we went to the iconic Columbia for dinner in downtown St. Augustine and it did not disappoint! Tony is the consummate host, and the check in process is a breeze!

Stayed Jul 2, 2024We have been coming to St. Augustine Beach for decades, but once we found Tony's house, we knew where we were coming from now on. Beautiful house with terrific location, modern appliances and great decoration- what more could you ask for? We also had wonderful sunny weather the entire time with not a drop of rain- awesome!

Stayed May 27, 2024The house is amazing and is in a great location. We took our 2 daughters and our son in law to celebrate my youngest graduating high school and enlisting in the Navy. We walked to the beach almost everyday & to get ice cream at Mayday’s (it’s a must!). We plan to try to come back again next year!
