Beautiful Waterville Estates country home

What a great spot! The kids had a blast playing ping pong, grilling on the deck was amazing, and the home was super cozy. Host was extremely friendly and communicative. Plan to stay again next year.

We had a great stay! The house was perfect to fit all us! Games were great for the kids! We especially loved the roaring fireplace!

The home is beautiful and the stay we had there was very comfortable, clean and perfect.

This is a great property for a large group, or for 2 families. We were 7 adults, with family in the area who visited for dinner each night. Plenty of space to spread out, lots of options for sleeping, games/puzzles and ping ping galore! The location is close to Campton Mountain, all resort amenities, and Waterville Valley for skiing. We have stayed here twice, and look forward to another trip in the future!

The home was the perfect place to stay. It was clean, quiet, relaxing and comfortable; just as described and detailed in the Vrbo app and photos. Unfortunately two guests of ours could not make it due to illness.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place is beautiful, super clean, everything you could possibly need was provided. We were 4 adults and 2 little kids and we had tons of space. The deck is really beautiful and huge with a gorgeous view! The kids absolutely loved the pool and other amenities at the community center. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back!!

The house was stocked with everything we needed! There was plenty of space for everyone to sit and relax after a day of skiing!

We had a great time at this house! We were two families of 4, each with two kids under 9. Kids had a great time playing with the games in the house, the ping pong table in the basement and felt like there was plenty of spaces for parents and kids to be in! Melinda was super communicative with any questions that came up. Location is great and the Club House Community Center is a great perk for post skiing or on those days you don't feel like getting on the mountain!

This property was amazing. So much room with the 3 floors. All kitchen necessities were there. Pool, fuseball and ping pong table kept all of us entertained for hours. The fireplace kept us nice and warm. Just a note, the thermostat that keeps the living room at a good temp also heats up the bedrooms quite toasty. so you may want to keep the main floor bedroom doors open. Also, the basement bedroom is quite chilly but nothing a bunch a blankets couldnt solve. Its a quiet oasis so if you're looking for a bustling downtown outside, this place is not for you. But it was perfect for wholesome family time together. Would stay again and again. Loved it.
