Beautiful Waterfront Townhome In Historic Annapolis

Wonderful stay. House was very clean and fully equipped. We had 3 couples stay for our 50 th reunion. Couldn’t have been better. Host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Our stay in Annapolis was wonderful and the unit we rented was more than we expected. Being on the water and having the beautiful water views was special too. We were in a great location allowing us to walk to the center of the town as well as many restaurants and activities. I'd definitely rent this waterfront townhome again and I highly recommend it!

Everything was just as stated online. We loved hearing the reveille each morning. The views were spectacular and sop relaxing. The house was in tip top shape.

We made this our home base while attending a family reunion locally. Easy to walk everywhere we needed to go. Beautiful view of the harbor out main rooms and MBR. Everything we needed for our stay was in the home, all in great condition. Will return whenever the opportunity arises!

Excellent communication with host. Easy checkin. Views of water and dock/ boats was lovely and the reason we rented, in addition to walking proximity to USNA. Just for information, host(s) keep personal effects on site in clothes/ bureaus specifically marked. Would reserve again.

We stayed at the house while attending a family reunion, with activities in both downtown Annapolis and in Eastport. This place was centrally located so we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go (just about mile to the downtown area and to the other side of Eastport). We also enjoyed the view of the creek and the grounds of St. Mary's. We sat outside on the lovely porch for a short time, although it was a bit hot to stay out there for long. On a cooler day, that would have been lovely. We especially enjoyed the master bedroom/bathroom (which seems to have been recently updated). The only caveat I would have is that there are a lot of stairs -- that was okay for us, but if someone has mobility issues, it would be tough. There is a first floor bed and full bath, but the kitchen is on the second floor. The other two bedrooms are on the third floor. The pool in the adjacent building also has a lot of stairs to reach it (on the rooftop). If stairs are no issue, it is a great place to stay!

We were in town to visit with our mid for the Herndon Climb. This property was convenient to everything with a great view of the water. The hosts checked on us before arrival and then again after check-in to make sure we had everything we needed. Property was clean, beautifully decorated, and furnished and well stocked. There were plenty of seating areas for visiting with family. Host communication and recommendations were great. I would stay again and would recommend this property to anyone visiting with their midshipman.
