Stayed Aug 2, 2025This was our first stay off the island. I have to say, we were beyond impressed with the house and location! We loved the beautiful views and access to the water. The back setup with the firepit, table and chairs was absolutely amazing! Also, we unjoyed using the kayaks. The house was very clean and great layout. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great! The location to the stores for shopping was very convenient. The neighborhood was quite and beautiful. Out of the 25 years vacationing at LBI, this was one of our favorite houses.Josephine was very responsive to all our questions ahead of our trip and a pleasure corresponding with. She made sure our stay was perfect. Loved, loved this house! Thank you Josephine!

Stayed Jul 27, 2024We stayed here with our children and grandchildren and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and more spacious than the pictures showed. We thought we would feel cramped in this home but not at all! The living area was spacious and open. The backyard was beautiful. Many seating areas and even a fire pit. We sat around the fire pit and made s'mores a few times. We loved the area as well. It was very quiet. The host also kept in touch to see if we needed anything!
