Beautiful, Waterfront Paradise, Close By To Cape Cod & Onset Beach!

Lovely lake house. Very relaxing. Spotlessly maintained. Sandy beach for swimming. Lake view lounge chairs great for reading. Hot tub is clean and warm. Breezy side of lake, so fine without AC. Great location before bridges avoids cape cod traffic.

The house was very clean and had everything you could need. The view was wonderful and the hot tub was nice to relax in. Definitely recommend this house for a stay!

When you are looking for a place that’s private, tranquil, clean and spacious think of Scott’s beautiful home on Sandy Pond. Everyone has their own spot to relax. Warm water welcomed us with a beautiful breeze and exceptional views. We were very sad to leave. Thank you for sharing your property with us and we hope to return in the future.

The property is very peaceful. When it was too windy to swim we sat in the hot tub which was very clean and a perfect temperature. The pond is clean and my kids enjoyed swimming in it. There is a beach one house down which my kids enjoyed. The three season porch at the house is great! The neighborhood and lake is pretty quiet which was nice. We slept with the windows open which was nice to hear the water overnight.

Cleanest property I've ever been to. The hot tub was spotless. Scott was super friendly and easy going. I cant wait to go back. I'm actually looking forward to my next get away there. The general store about a mile away had everything we needed or forgot. It was a perfect half way point for us to check out p-town and get away from home. Thank you again, Scott!

Very comfy cottage on the pond, actually more like a large lake. Beautiful views, well equipped and awesome jacuzzi. Scott is very helpful and friendly. Perfect get away, but close to Plymouth town and Cape Cod. Highly recommend!

We needed a last minute getaway and this was perfect. Scott greeted us in person and told us everything we needed to know. The lakefront location is gorgeous and plenty of yard space to play wiffleball and have a catch. The hot tub was amazing and a real bonus. Rooms comfortable and clean and overall a fantastic experience. We hope to return when it’s warmer and we can swim and boat in the lake.

Great house in a perfect location, not only onsite with an unbelievable spot on the lake but also within short driving distances of Plymouth, Edaville Railroad and the Cape. Scott was excellent to communicate with, he met us at the property upon arrival and went through everything with us. Highly recommended, thanks again!

Title says it all. Host is super service oriented, incredibly responsive and pays attention to all of the details that matter most - including cleanliness and just being super thoughtful in terms of having everything you could ask for in a lakeside home - meticulously well kept hottub, kayaks, bikes, etc. Truly unbeatable location on the water on beautiful Big Sandy Pond. Home is also a terrific jumping off point for day trips down to Woods Hole or anywhere on the Cape. Could not recommend the home or the host/owner Scott more highly. We had an amazing long weekend and can't wait to go back.
