Beautiful Waterfront Lakeside Retreat with Private Covered Dock & Great Ratings

This place was even better than expected. It was big enough for our family Thanksgiving with people from 4 different states. The kids kept busy down stairs and down by the water, while the adults watched football upstairs and outside on the deck. I cant say enough great things about it.

The property had everything we needed

This home had absolutely everything we needed and more. From a fully stocked kitchen to thoughtful essentials like paper towels, trash bags and other little touches - nothing was overlooked. Even hair ties and feminine products in case of emergency. It made our stay effortless and so comfortable. The home was spotless - truly one of the cleanest we have ever rented. Even the windows were crystal clear, which says a lot about the level of care and attention to detail. The furniture was top notch with enough seating for our whole group (with some to spare) within the house, on the outside decks and at the dock. Cozy areas for reading and chilling were also plentiful. Out of all the vacation homes we've stayed in over the past 8 years, this was by far the nicest, cleanest and most well equipped. The location was also super convenient - just a quick and easy drive to grocery stores and marinas. The lake was busy but we were never overpowered by the wakes of passing boats as we floated near the dock. The path from the house to the dock was steep but doable for everyone. We couldn't have asked for more for our 2025 Friendcation and are already looking forward to staying here again.

We loved our stay at this home. The house was exactly as described, extremely clean & well taken care of. The owner checked in on us and responded quickly to any questions. The house is my favorite spot on the lake. Beware the walk up & down the hill is a serious workout. But other than that it was perfect for us!

Gorgeous, high end, amazing kitchen.

This place was even better than we expected! We love to cook and the kitchen was set up so well. There was so much space for everyone and we had an amazing trip. We will definitely be back again!

This house was my favorite house I have stayed in at Norris. Also one of my favorite areas on the lake as well! The house and the lake are BEAUTIFUL! The house had plenty of room plus more for family of 8 plus 1 under one. Has everything you need for large meals, and dinning space so you all can eat together. The outdoor furniture and fireplace really put this place over the top! The hill which the owner will talk to you about is no joke, but as long as you don’t mind burning off some of those vacation calories you’re fine! The owners are so nice and very responsive. Also this house was very easy and quick to get to once off 75, which was very beneficial when traveling with a baby!

The house is brand new and everything is in great shape. Beds are all very comfortable. The outdoor furniture on the porch and down at the dock is all sturdy and comfortable — conducive to spending lots of time relaxing outside. The back porch is covered and shaded in the evenings, so it’s perfect for dinners and relaxing outside. The owners are super organized and responsive, and left thoughtful touches like a welcome basket with snacks and a bottle of wine. Lovely leafy view of the lake. Great stay!

The kids, grandkids and us all had a great week and wonderful memories. The house is beautiful and the view from the upper deck is amazing. We used the gas fireplace frequently on cool nights and mornings. The kitchen is wonderful and fully equipped, they thought of everything. Ample bedrooms and bathrooms. Evyonne and Andy are very responsive and helpful when we had any concerns. The deep-water dock with kayaks and plenty of chairs was great to boat and swim off with the Grandkids. The path to the dock is very steep. As one of the previous guest stated it is a challenge for all ages.

Our family had an amazing vacation at this home! The house is equipped with literally EVERYTHING you may need. You can tell the home was built properly and corners were not cut in the process. Supplies provided by the homeowners were immaculate and the little details left for our stay did not go unnoticed. It truly couldn’t have been a better stay. Highly highly recommend this home and hosts! Thank you again!

We loved our week on Norris Lake! House has a great layout, very comfortable and had everything we needed. We took our two boats and loved the dock. We spent a lot of time on the water and on the huge porches. The hill to the house is very steep but we conquered it!!! Evyonne was very helpful and great to work with! Highly recommend!!!

We loved the house and its location on the lake! It has everything you could need for a week. The incline is steep as described- a challenge for all ages.

We loved our stay at this house! It was new, in great condition and well maintained. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Furnishings were all of nice quality and more than met our needs. The back porches were perfect for lounging and relaxing. The kitchen and living room were open and bright with plenty of space for preparing meals and relaxing at the end of the day. The house layout worked well for multi family groups. The dock was in good condition, nice bumpers along the posts, furniture for hanging out and plenty of space for swimming. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

The home is brand new and stunning. The owners were excellent communicating. No surprises whatsoever. Check in was flawless, house was immaculate. Kitchen is huge and had everything you could possibly need. Like many homes on Norris fairly steep walk to dock. Path was paved but still a good workout walking up. I counted my steps to be around 120 or so. We brought our 21ft Sea Ray. Beautiful dock with nice sitting are and kayaks and paddle board were nice addition. This is on wider channel so wakes were happening. We launched from Whitman Hollow which is about 5 minutes by boat but about 30 minute drive. There is no community boat launch. The neighborhood is very nice with newer high end homes. Overall this place is amazing. Only thing to consider is the walk up from dock to house. It is a workout. But house is flawless and gorgeous so worth it. This part of lake is also nice. Sequoia marina about 30 minutes by boat and very nice one. Froggys food was really good and was nice to be so close to Whitman Hollow to gas up in the morning. We would definitely return.
