Stayed Dec 22, 2024We had a great stay at this house! Manager was always available to answer our texts or calls! The house itself has a nice waterfront view, clean pool and is comfortable! It has everything you need. Would definitely do it again

Stayed Jul 20, 2024My mom, aunt, sister and I stayed here for a week while my niece was at IMG Academy. The location was amazing as it was so close to G.T. recreation center (pickleball), Intense Escapes (escape rooms), shopping and restaurants. The beautiful beach at Anna Maria was a short trip. The house was fully stocked with laundry and kitchen sundries. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The pool felt great after playing pickleball for a few hours. If you enjoy wild life- lizards and birds aplenty.

Stayed Feb 14, 2024The home was lovely, the only thing we were disappointed in was the listing says heated pool & it was so cold we didnt use it at all. When I contacted Lisa, she said it was solar heated which meant dice the sun hadn't hardly been out at all & the air temp was cool, it didn't heat the pool at all. I feel the listing should state solar heated pool rather than heated pool. One of the reasons we chose this house was because of the heated pool. However, Lisa was great to work with, if we had any questions, she got navk to me with the hour or less.

Stayed Jan 14, 2024This spacious house suited us well. It is in a quiet area. We enjoyed the view of the pond with varied water fowl. The covered barbecue grill allowed us to grill in the rain. The kitchen was well equipped. 15 minutes to Anna Maria Island. 10 minutes to Robinson Preserve. Stores within a mile.

Stayed Mar 27, 2023We loved this place! It was very nice to have space to spread out while on a week+ vacation! It is in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and grocery stores. It does take a bit to get to the beach because even though it’s 5 miles, during peak season that could range from 15-45 minutes. The Anna Maria Beach is great as well as the Coquina Beach. The neighborhood does have some run down properties but still it was very quiet
