Beautiful waterfront home has heated pool,hot tub,Kayaks,bikes,and near beach

The home was immaculate and filled with everything you may need on vacation. In the evenings, we sat on the back patio and played games after grilling and eating dinner on the covered patio. My husband and grand kids enjoyed fishing off the dock connected to the house. The owner was readily available if needed. The heated pool was enjoyed by all. I would highly recommend this house! Bikes and a wagon were provided for a short ride or walk to the beach.

Really enjoyed staying here. After a day at the beach or visiting St Augustine being able to come back to our home away from home and relax in the hot tub and pool was a perfect end to the day. Very clean and dog friendly was a big plus for us.

This was away from the hustle and bustle and yet still close enough to the action. We could be in historic district within 20 min, walk to crescent or butler beaches bike or run in the neighborhood get food along St Augustine Beach go to the Lighthouse. We did so much in a week but the house itself was the vacation. The kids loved the pool my husband lived in the hot tub and we loved watching movies at night after doing an activity during the day. We loved the castillo, the historic areas (did a ghost tour), carriage ride, the reserve, running on crescent beach to name a few of the things.

Very clean, just as described. My husband says the only thing that could have been better was his luck at fishing, lol.

The outside area with new pool, large covered sitting area plus a nice hot tub makes this home a perfect vacation stay. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable and it was very clean when we arrived. The entrance to Crecent Beach that is accessible for on beach driving is less than a mile away and we loved being able to drive up, with our stuff was wonderful. Highly recommend this home.

We loved at stay at this house. It was very clean and well furnished and the host was very responsive. Our favorite part was the wonderful outdoor area with the pool and covered patio, but it was a bit cold to use as much as we would have liked.

We live in Orlando but wanted to get away, found this location. It was beautiful, clean and ready for anything. The hot tub was great for me while my hubby tried out his new kayak. We had some really good rest and and relaxation. Thanks Donna.

Wonderful summer vacation. Donna was wonderful to work with. House was very clean and in a great location being on a canal and walking distance to the beach. My family really enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay again. My family rated the vacation a 10 out of 10

The home was lovely. Outstanding layout and floor plan in immaculate condition. Only 1 mile from Crescent Beach and easy drive into the historic area.

Do not park on the grass!! We loved this place when we stayed a couple years ago but we will not be back. The house and neighborhood is great and just as described. Hopefully for the next guests, they will be made aware that parking on the grass is not allowed before they get yelled in the yard. We’ve never been treated so unprofessionally by a VRBO host.

Perfect getaway for St. Augustine area. Short drive to the beach with access to intercostal waterway. House was well maintained and had everything we needed from kitchen tools to beach accessories. We would stay here again.

Whole trip was amazing, host was kind enough to give us restaurants ideas, places to swim and take our pet, best ice cream. I can’t think of one aspect of the trip where Donna didn’t hesitate to answer my texts, regardless time of day. She was the most gracious host. Highly recommend!!!!

We spent the first week of June here - it was wonderful! The house was the perfect size for us (me, my husband, 8 year old girl, 10 year old boy, and my mom). Crescent Beach was perfect - clean, beautiful and not overly crowded. We also spent a few days in historic St. Augustine - about a 20 minute easy drive. We spent time in the pool every day. My son fished daily from the dock - he did catch a stingray, but not much else. The tide does get very low in the slough. But, we took the kayaks out to the mouth of the slough at the Matanzas River - the boys caught croaker, snapper, and another sting ray! My 8 year old didn’t want to leave - the 10 year old is already planning a trip back. We would certainly stay here again!

House was located a short drive from historic St. Augustine. This house is well taken care of and very welcoming. We enjoyed the food at several nearby restaurants as well as cooking some meals in the well equipped kitchen. The fenced in yard provided the perfect place for our chihuahuas to enjoy sunning themselves while we enjoyed the canal view from the pool.

Beautiful home. Plenty of space for the four of us and doggy. Back yard is perfect for summer vacation and beach is close by. This home feels loved and we can certainly see why. Home is exceptionally well stocked. We hope to visit again. Thanks Donna!
