We had an amazing time at this home! It was clean and renovated, and matched the listing description perfectly. It was a quiet neighborhood and we used the community pool several times. It was a great spot for a family vacation. The host communicated with me before we arrived and answered any questions we had during our stay in a timely manner. One thing to note: The stairs to the second floor are pretty steep. My father handled it okay, but if you have elderly or disabled guests with you, it is something to consider.

Absolutely beautiful property in an amazing location. Close to fabulous restaurants and the beach! Tim was a pleasure work with and was always available with any questions we had. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the property as well as the house being fully stocked with all of your essentials. Our family will absolutely be staying here again!

First let me say, Tim is great. He’s responsive, communicative, and made us feel welcome in his home. We had 6 adults and 4 children, and everyone felt comfortable. The pool is about 150 steps from the house and the beach is about a 5 minute drive. Really enjoyed our stay!

Everything about this vacation was the best(except the weather for several days: no one’s fault for that). Tim was easy to reach, & helped with anything we asked quickly. The house was very clean, extremely well stocked (best of any places we’ve stayed), & close to beaches, stores, restaurants, etc. our family decided this is where we’ll be vacationing every time we go to the beach, usually every 2 years. LOVED BEING ON THE CANAL & being able to kayak. We had 14 people & there was plenty of spaces for all. Thanks Tim!!

We had an amazing time at this place. It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. It was well stocked with appliances, utensils, etc. in the kitchen. We enjoyed the porch and the patio! The communication with the owners was very easy and they answered right away. We will be reserving this house again!

This house was a great choice. It was clean and perfect spot for relaxing. The beach and main road was just about a mile away.
