The beautiful wood dining table can accommodate up to 8 guests. A comfortable sectional sofa, plush armchairs, and a large flat-screen television invite guests to relax in the living room, accentuated by high ceilings and abundant natural light.

The first floor offers two beautiful bedrooms. The first is a queen bed guest room featuring a shared bathroom with a shower and separate soaking tub. The primary suite presents a luxurious king bed and a private en suite bathroom with a shower, a dual-sink vanity, and a separate soaking tub. On the second floor is a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This setup is perfect for young guests in your group!

For guests seeking ultra-private accommodations, the carriage house offers the perfect setup. This space features a spacious living area with a large mounted 70-inch flat-screen television, a queen sleeper sofa, 4 armchairs, and a comfortable king Murphy bed. The carriage house also offers a private bathroom with a glass-front shower. The kitchenette features a bistro dining table, a mini-refrigerator, a microwave, and a sink.

Two screened porches offer guests the perfect place to enjoy this home's beautiful surroundings and the tranquility of a stay in the Camp District. This home is equipped with 4 custom 360 Blue adult beach cruiser bikes, which provide a picturesque ride to the sugar-white sand beach and through our scenic 30A coastal towns.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

*Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
