Stayed Dec 19, 2025Everything was great. Make sure you have a vehicle that can climb the road that winds around to the cabin. Every thing else was excellent. From the neighbors to the host. Nothing was outdated in this house everything from the appliances to the bathroom.. if you have a stressful job as I do a few days at this cabin can recharge you.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025The cabin was beautiful and clean. The Mountain view was amazing. We were two families of eight and the place accommodated us very comfortably. The drive up the mountain was ok but certain parts were steep and curvy but we had no problem going up. One of the cars we had was a mini van that had no issues driving up. I could see a challenge and the need for 4 wheel drive during the winter and snow. It is all part of the experience. The cabin was only 6 minutes away to the Nantahala Outdoor Center and about 20 minutes to downtown Bryson City. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would love to stay there again.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Beautiful cabin with plenty of room. Everything was great except there is no heat in the downstairs bathroom. The can opener or coffee pot don’t work.. We really enjoyed our vacation. We definitely would go back !

Stayed Nov 15, 2024We stayed in this cabin in anticipation for our polar express train ride! The drive to the cabin is rough. But the cabin and view are amazing! Clean, kitchen stocked, plenty of towels, beds were comfortable. My family deeply enjoyed it.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Not much to say. Cabin was nice, could probably use some attention and if you need to be able to work remotely while visiting the internet is not great. Good spot to stay if you want to enjoy nantahala.
