Stayed Jun 1, 2025The property is cozy and perfectly situated to access so many attractions and points of interest. Bryan is super invested in the guests at his property. Communication is fast and he cares about what concerns guests. I highly recommend this home.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024We had a great time and enjoyed our stay! Property is away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge (and seemingly now even Sevierville) but not too far to travel to. It was very quiet, beautiful and exactly what we needed. Great stay! would def recommend!

We were delighted to see lots of deer around, adding a charming touch to our experience. The hot tub was fantastic and provided a great way to unwind in the evenings. Stayed Dec 23, 2023Brian‘s property that we rented from him over Christmas vacation is a very cozy great family oriented place. It is a great place for kids being live right by the lake. It is very close to pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg the town that the rental was in is very quiet, country, beautiful scenery also has a Jacuzzi on site. We also loved the fire pit outback.
