Stayed Apr 6, 2024Wonderful place at the end of the road on a quiet section of the Frio River for our family reunion. Our party of 4 families, 8 people in all, had a great time, and hope to stay there again in the future.

Stayed Jul 13, 2023Great trip. River was low but still had water in front of the house. This part of the river doesn’t get really deep , would be great for little kids. A/C was nice and cold . House is stocked well if you are planning on cooking meals. We had a little hick up when arriving, the house had not been cleaned after previous renters. Karen sent someone over right away to clean as good as they could with us already taking up space in the house.

Stayed Aug 12, 2021Great cabin in the woods. Very peaceful for a weekend getaway or a week stay. Conveniently located on the riverfront. Nice great porches to relax on. The inside could use some updating however the rooms were all spacious. We couldn’t get the upstairs Tv’s to work but it wasn’t really an issue and quite possibly could’ve been user error. The downstairs one worked fine. All in all we had a great stay!

Stayed Jul 17, 2021Property was better than expected!! NO cell service (Verizon) which turned out to be a good thing :) WiFi was down for part of our stay which was a bit of a problem but we managed! Hope to book again next year!
