Beautiful view of the City and Mississippi River!

This place had everything we needed and more! The hosts did not miss one detail: from the live daffodils placed in little vases throughout, to the yummy cupcakes left for us to enjoy…everything was fantastic! We were able to sip a cup of coffee on the front patio all while taking in the amazing view of Dubuque; it was the perfect place to stay for our get together! Thank you Becky & Chuck!

We absolutely loved our stay at Chuck and Becky’s cozy vintage Dubuque home this past weekend. I was there with a few girlfriends for our 20th college reunion homecoming weekend, and we were welcomed to their home with homemade cupcakes and a sweet card! The house was clean, ample space for five of us, and had a really cute vintage vibe. They had everything we needed to cook a couple meals, make coffee, and even snack! Our favorite part of the house were the two outdoor spaces, specifically the back patio and garden with gorgeous rustic decor and colorful flowers and amazing views. We would definitely recommend staying here and we would def stay here again!

This home was a perfect spot for us-beautiful views of downtown Dubuque and the Mississippi River with easy access to where we wanted to go. There were 2 lovely patio areas to enjoy the outdoors. The host couple was incredibly thoughtful and exceeded expectations in meeting our needs. My only caution is you need to maneuver steps up to the house. That said…it is Dubuque and on the bluffs of the Mississippi.

Our weekend in Dubuque at this home was absolutely wonderful. GREAT communication and quick accommodation by the owners and wow...attention to details is their strength! Very comfortable home - anything we needed was available. And yes, great views! The parking along the street was a little tricky but that was only because the city of Dubuque was doing some upgrading. Becky answered my call immediately and assisted. LOVED THIS HOME and if we have a reason to come back to Dubuque we for sure will be staying there. Thank you, Becky and Chuck!!!

This is a beautiful home in Dubuque!! We adored the view, the decor, the beautifully kept yard, privacy, and most especially all the little snacks and amenities left for us. They went above and beyond! We travel a lot, and this was hands-down the best home we've ever rented. Well worth it!

Beautiful old home with fantastic views of Dubuque. The cupcakes were a very appreciated extra touch. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. The only things missing were trash cans in the bedrooms.

We were in Dubuque for our son's graduation from the University of Dubuque. Our stay was perfect! This home is welcoming, clean and cozy. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. We were greeted with a welcome note, delicious cupcakes and fresh flowers on the table and in the bathrooms. We felt so welcome and comfortable. I can't say enough good things about this vacation home. If we are back in Dubuque, we will definitely stay here again!

Lovely house beautiful views of Dubuque from the bluff. Easy on street parking. The host surprised us with delicious cupcakes when we arrived. The house is old but is cozy and very inviting and full of charm. There is also a piano with a fun collection of music in the bench.

Three of my lifelong friends and I met in Dubuque and stayed here to catch up. We enjoyed the cozy living room and chatted into the night. It was nice to have a bedroom for each of us. Three of the bedrooms were great sizes and very comfortable. The vintage bedroom and bed is quite small, although it was ok for the shortest of us at 5 foot 6 inches.

Beautiful older home sitting high over the city giving breathtaking views from first view in the morning to last view in the evening. Very well appointed with everything needed for an enjoyable stay from coffee to fresh fruit to fluffy towels and comfortable beds. We even loved the creaky wood floors!

Big thanks to our hosts Becky and Chuck for sharing this lovely craftsman home with us. The breathtaking city view was the perfect backdrop for good meals and quality time with extended family. Becky was very easy to communicate with, and left us delicious cupcakes at check-in! Kitchen was well-equipped for all our meal prep needs, and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We did have a toddler with us who needed some supervision around stairs and iron radiators (head bonk risk), but house was very safe for him otherwise. We will definitely be back!!

It was a short but sweet reunion with great friends. We loved our time in Dubuque and were able to walk to the farmer's market and downtown easily. Also an easy drive to Galena.

Charming house with wonderful woodwork. The exterior gave me a Nantucket vibe and being up on the hill overlooking the town was so nice! The owners left us cupcakes that were delicious and much appreciated especially since we were celebrating two birthdays in our family. Was nice to get up in the morning and enjoy the view and gather in the living room that felt so welcoming and cozy. Oh, and great water pressure in the shower which is always a good plus!
