This property is special as it offers one of the best views of Lake Tahoe along with being a great rental house. The kitchen is very well stocked and the bedrooms are very comfortable. A special perk is the unique fireplace which provides a spectacular fire vortex but warms the spacious living room to perfection. The property was very clean and the location one of the best in Tahoe.

Layout is perfect - open kitchen, dinning and living space w/ 3 huge sliding glass doors. Two wings of the house each with a King bed w/ slider and view; Queen bed w/ window; bathroom. Total 2 1/2 baths. Great for couples and families. Kitchen very well stocked. Washer/Dryer. A couple miles south of Tahoe City, so it's a very convenient and central location to enjoy all around the lake and area. Rental came with an HOA access to the lake shore. Nice park with docks, picnic tables, grills and play ground. Hauserman Group employees were very nice and helpful and located right in town. Would definitely rent from them again. We had a perfect Lake Tahoe experience!

Although we didn’t get to stay in the house due to unforeseen circumstances (beyond everyone’s control), the rental company acted quickly and got us into an even better house. I would definitely rent from them again.

We had the most amazing vacation. Lake Tahoe did not disappoint. The views from this house are hands down the best. No complaints or suggestions from us. We will be back.

This property is great for 6-8 people and provides all the amenities you need. The view is AMAZING!!!

There are many positive attributes that one can use to describe this property. But the best thing about this home is, in fact, the view! We were so happy with the panoramic view looking out the back windows of the home. It is a complete 180 degree view and beyond peaceful. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. In addition, the home is clean and well-appointed. There was more than enough room for the 2 other couples and us who stayed there for 4 nights. I would stay there again!
