Beautiful Victorian Home Close to beaches-Close To Downtown/Shops/Restaurants

Great location and beautiful, charming family house. We walked to the downtown area and strolled to the lake every evening. The house was well stocked (kitchen and bathrooms), very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the small deck off the back door. Highly recommend. Can easily park four cars for larger parties.

The house was the perfect size for our family and dog. The kitchen and bathroom were large and modern and the bedrooms were cozy. The location was in a residential neighborhood and not too far to walk to downtown Traverse City as well as some local restaurants and a coffee shop. Our dog loved walking to the lake each morning.

The property was probably the nicest that we have ever stayed at. The location was great - centrally located to lots of activities and restaurants. The property was clean and had everything that you ever need for your stay. The owners were great to deal with. I would highly recommend. We will be back.

We (4 adults, 1 toddler, 1 dog) had a wonderful stay at this home over Thanksgiving! This home literally has everything you need, and then some. It’s in a great location with several restaurants nearby. The hosts very quickly handled clearing snow, which was a level of service I don’t often see in rentals - so appreciated! Highly recommend this home!

Awesome place

We had a great stay. The property was very well equipped. The hosts put a lot of thought into every small detail that guests may need. They were also very communicative and friendly. It was a great location and easily walkable from downtown. I highly recommend the sandwiches from the liquor store next to the house! Our only complaint was that the upstairs mattress was very soft but overall we had a great stay.

Great neighborhood and comfortable house!

This is a lovely home away from home. The kitchen is really well equipped for those who want to make family dinners and breakfasts and all the rooms are comfortable. We found the location to be prefect for us—walking distance to the gorgeous lake and, in the other direction, to good restaurants, a grocery store and a CVS. There's easy access to everything you need and the owners of the home are friendly, too!

The house is an artful blend of modern bath and kitchen while preserving the wonderful features of a Victorian house. It felt very comfortable. Both my husband and I and our daughter’s family live in homes from the late 1800s so we appreciate what a great renovation this house is. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. There were plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable. It’s within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Absolutely no complaints. I would stay there again if going to Traverse City in the future .

We had a wonderful stay. House was very clean,comfy beds and the accomadations were plentiful. Great accibility to walking distance to all stores and restaurants on Front St . Tom was easy to reach and speak to. We would highly recommend staying at this location.

Great location with plenty of room in the house for my brothers and friends

This is the second time we have used this property for family gatherings. Our grandson likes to cook for us, kitchen is great/well supplied. Comfortable home that served 6 of us. Close to downtown/restaurants/and Bay.Thanks again, hopefully we can visit again soon.jm/km/arizona

Loved the cozy atmosphere of the home! Big kitchen, big dining table, cozy living room where we hung out during a snow storm. The hosts were great! Close to Slab Town Burgers which has easy and quick good food to go and became a go-to. Lots of walkability down to Front Street to TC and through the pretty neighborhoods. Close to coffee shops, wine, fantastic restaurants and shopping. Appreciated the easy and ample parking for our three SUVs. We loved this cute and restored home and are looking forward in returning!

We were very happy with our stay here over a long weekend. Family friendly and my daughter loved all the games, puzzles, and bunk beds provided by the house. Great location, clean, comfortable beds, and had all the amenities we needed. Only wish there was a space in the backyard for kids to play but they enjoyed playing in the leaves out front. We would love to stay here again!

The property was perfect for us. I wouldn't have considered the bed in the basement an option because it's a dark, cement basement & treadmill & elliptical didnt work. Otherwise, it was wonderful!!elliptical didn't work.

House was beautifully maintained and updated. The owners were wonderful to work with. Traverse city was a lot of fun and would definitely stay here again.
