Stayed Feb 7, 2025My husband and I were in town to watch my son's games that were being played at Colorado College. The location of the house was perfect as we were able to walk to campus. The house was very clean and although we really did not cook there, I did notice it was a well stocked kitchen with appropriate pots, pans, silverware, etc. The upstairs bathroom was quite large and nicely done. The only thing that may give some people trouble is the old fashioned tub with shower. Stepping out without something to hold onto could be challenging. Otherwise, we loved the house and the location. Katrina (property manager) was quick to respond to questions. I would recommend staying here.

Stayed Oct 31, 2024This place is the real deal- obviously lovingly cared-for old, charming house with appropriate updates. There were nice touches and amenities throughout. (Labeling light switches, a hair straightener, spices, cotton balls…) Really appreciate staying at a property that is personally cared for. Would definitely stay again.
