The villa El Paso invites you to.
Our holiday home is fully equipped and was lovingly redecorated by us in January 2017, to feel completely comfortable and to be able to enjoy the holiday.
The private pool, which was completely renovated in January 2018, is a matter of course.
The Gulf of Mexico with its great beaches is right outside the door and many attractions are within easy driving distance.

description
Villa El Paso stands on a 1000 m² plot in a quiet residential area and has 125 m² of living space. The cottage has been completely refurbished in January 2017. In January 2018, further embellishments were made so nothing stands in the way of a relaxing stay.

The lanai (covered terrace) goes over the entire back of the house and a beautiful and completely renovated pool, joins the. There is an outdoor shower, garden furniture and a gas grill. The whole area is protected by a screen, so that you can spend many beautiful hours, even in the evening, while bathing, sunbathing, barbecuing and relaxing.
The pool has a solar heating (no electric heating).

Masterbedroom
In the house there is a master bedroom with a king size bed, a dresser and a large closet.
The associated bathroom is divided into washing and shower area with two sinks, and a separate toilet room.
The master bedroom has a large sliding door as direct access to the pool / lanai.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a dresser and a closet.

The third bedroom also has a queen-size bed, a closet and is connected via a large sliding door directly to the lanai / pool. Here is another flat screen available.

The two rooms are separated by a bathroom with shower.

living area
Much of the house occupies the open, typical American living-dining-kitchen area.
Here you can use a cozy sofa and an armchair with ottoman to relax or watch TV on the 55 flat screen.
There are also board games and information about the area for you to use.

Kitchen and dining room
The dining room table can accommodate up to 6 people. If you are only a couple, you can leisurely use the kitchen counter.
The kitchen is bright, friendly and fully equipped for 6 people with everything needed for daily life.

garage
You can park your car in the double garage, with electric garage door opener and direct access to the house.

There is also the possibility to wash and dry your laundry.

General
- The Villa El Paso is cooled by a central air conditioning, on cool days you can heat it.
- Our cottage is a Non smoking house!
- Animals are not allowed.

The final cleaning is for an occupancy of 2 persons 120.00 US dollars. From 3 persons 150,00 US dollars.
The amount will be paid locally in cash in the cottage and does not run over the booking.

**Guests**
The basic price refers to 2 persons per night - if guests stay overnight, 10, - € per night u. Person charged. Guests must be registered. The final cleaning automatically increases to $ 150.
