This single level brick home is open, full of light, clean, and beautiful with new kitchen appliances, and a newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and a dresser. The second bedroom has a TV, a queen sized bed, as well as a queen sized premium air mattress if needed. The master bedroom has a TV, a queen sized bed, and a dresser. All of the beds have new mattresses. There are seating areas on the front porch and the back patio

Stayed Feb 23, 2026I was scheduled for a 8 hour surgery the day after I checked and had my family that needed a place to stay while I was in the hospital for the next 5 to 6 days. This place was awesome. It was like we were home. The host was nothing short of amazing. Very helpful for anything we needed. I would rate this place 10 out of 10. Very quiet neighborhood. If I needed to rent another Vrbo in Knoxville this would be the on I wanted

Stayed Aug 16, 2024House was entirely great and everything was super neat and tidy. Neighborhood was very quiet. Julie was communicative and had left nice welcoming touches Would stay here again. Near town and near the airport. The Alcoa highway is under construction but that's life and will be great once completed.
