Stayed Oct 6, 2025Our host was extremely responsive and helpful, whatever questions we had or anything we needed we were able to work out with Eli very easily. The home was well kept and had all of the amenities that we needed for our long stay. We stayed while relocating to Charlotte from out of state and we would recommend this home to anyone looking for something comfortable and close to the city while also being in a quiet neighborhood.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025Eli was an amazing host. He stayed in communication with me during our weeklong stay. The townhouse is well kept, the neighbors are friendly, and we loved working through the easy to access neighborhoods. We felt safe the whole week.

Stayed Feb 12, 2025Our group was in Charlotte for an extended work trip and had an excellent stay here! The home was in a very good location and well stocked/well maintained. The owner was very easy to work with and we had great communication. We will definitely stay here again when we return for future work projects!

Stayed Sep 20, 2024We were delighted to stay at Eli's apartment. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of space, great beds, nice linens, a decently equipped kitchen, parking, and excellent location in a quiet neighborhood close to every place we needed to go. Eli was readily available for questions. I wold definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My family and I needed a place to stay for an extended time as we prepared to move into our next home; we had some urgent timing matters and Eli was the most gracious hot we could've hoped for.
