**BEAUTIFUL UNIQUELY STYLED HOME WITHIN 5 MINS OF LAKE JAMES!

Property was better than awesome. Loved it and the hosts were super nice and honest. Place was very clean and comfortable. The outside was a dream come true with blueberries and blackberries within reach anytime you wanted. Even had plenty of firewood for the fire pit. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay near Lake James and all its aminities. Very handy to every thing. The best I've experienced. Highly recommend!

Such a wonderful property! I wish I could own it for myself. The home, gardens, and location are all absolutely perfect. It is quiet, and full of birdsong, but close to everywhere.

We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return! The home was cozy, beautifully decorated, and made it easy to relax and feel at home. We especially enjoyed the garden and fire pit, which were perfect places to unwind.One of our favorite things about the property was the peace and privacy it offered. Living in a large apartment complex, it was so nice to have a quiet place to escape to without neighbors right next to us. We also appreciated having a comfortable space to prepare and enjoy meals.The hosts were incredibly kind, communicative, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

This place was fantastic for our extended stay! We were in town working a construction job and booked this place for its convenience to town as well as the lake. The owners were fantastic and helped in anyway we needed. The property was very clean and had an immaculate landscape. I highly recommend staying here

Such an adorable property! The outdoor areas have received much attention/lovely. Rain didn’t give us the chance to use fire pit or see the night sky/stars. Comfortable beds, linens, common spaces. Great location near state parks. Owners very helpful and responsive. We’ll be back!

Stayed here with a friend to ride brown mountain OHV. Was a great place to stay only 20 minutes from the trail head. Private small home with outside fire pit and a nice living room/kitchen area to hang out.

As a pleasant surprise, this cottage and surrounding grounds exceeded our expectations. No ordinary renetal, the upscale interior was filled with all the finishing touches one might expect in a primary residence. Without hesitation, we would stay here again in the future.

This cottage was great for two couples. Two en-suites, comfortable living room/ kitchen area, pleasant decorations and a beautiful setting! We felt right at home and the host was very responsive, going above & beyond.

Just what we needed. This charming cottage has lots of special touches to make you feel at home. Hosts are very responsive. The property is private, yet not secluded. Planning to return to be able to explore the area more!
