Beautiful Two Level Apt in DC

With a very convenient location to downtown DC and a clean well stocked unit. We were very pleased with our stsy! Host was extremly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stsy more comfortable. We will book here exclusivly when coming back to DC.

The host, Patrick, was very proactive in communicating and very flexible in accommodating our need to use the patio for a 60th birthday celebration. Location was also wonderful as easy parking and access to a lot of neat places near the house. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property with rapid communication with owner throughout our 9 day visit. Rooms were spacious, very clean and well appointed. Extremely satisfied with our stay. House was clean and well equipped to fit our needs. The location was perfect as we walked to the Convention Center. We absolutely loved the space and mirrors in the room as it was a house full of females. Having 3 bathrooms is EVERYTHING!

Great location and ease of access to all the DC sites. Comfortable walk to Metro - and we ended up walking to almost everything. Great restaurants within walking as well. Host is easy to contact and accessible. Highly recommend!

This apartment was a great base for our family of 6 to stay in Washington DC. We were comfortable with all the space and bedrooms. It was within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and the metro. Patrick was very easy to get ahold of and was helpful during checki n and check out. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

Seemed like someone lives there normally, things were shoved haphazardly into closets to clear the rooms. Could have been cleaner (dead bugs, etc.).

Had a great stay in DC. The owner was very communicative and the many clean well-separated rooms were great for our purposes. Had a few repair issues (towel hooks were falling down) but nothing that impacted our enjoyment.

I stayed here with work colleagues for a conference at the convention center. There was plenty of room for us and we all enjoyed the accommodations. The location is safe and convenient and Patrick is a great host.

The house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Restaurants are a short uber away. Patrick was very responsive to messages and provided excellent support before the trip. Would definitely stay there again next time traveling into the DC.

The location was perfect to access specific tours and Union Station. Easy car share pickup. There was plenty of room and any time we needed to communicate with the host the response was quick. We enjoyed having our own space as getting together for breakfast around the table. Great place and we would stay again.

This was a great location for our coaching staff. We were competing at the convention center and this was an easy walk. Location was as advertised. Definitely a place to stay if visiting DC

7 adult women gathered for the People’s March, the apartment was perfect, plenty of space beds and bathrooms. Patrick is a wonderful host.

Stayed at this beautiful home with my family of five for a long weekend. The home was wonderful and comfortable with plenty of room for our teenagers. Convenient location with easy access to DC monuments, restaurants and shops.
