Beautiful townhouse with pool & patio - short walk to beach

Kitchen only had one frying pan. Washer was broken did not drain water. Host has not contacted us back.

WiFi, Pool Towels, Comfortable Beds, Sofa Bed, Strong Water Pressure and away from Pool so it’s nice and quiet.

Centralized location. Nice pool. Close to White Cap beach, gas stations and grocery store.

The house was great. The pool was amazing and we had it to ourselves after 8pm. The beach was less than 3 minutes drive away.

In general the property was ok. Parking, ease to go in. Good setup but a little outdated but it serves the purpose.

We booked a two day stay overall it wasn’t terrible however the toilet in the master bedroom was very rocky not bolted down and made a huge sound anytime you set down as if it were gonna break . There was a huge rat I have pictures the dining room chair was rusted and jagged by daughter cut herself on it. Cleanliness could definitely be better. I don’t think I will be booking again there just doesn’t seem to be any upkeep for this home. The pool was great !

Chose condo for lower price so didn’t expect luxury but master shower had no hot water & toilet was like a rocking chair. Beds were comfortable, good a/c - would have been fine except those two major maintenance failures

We love this property. We love its pool, which is perfect for kids and adults. We love that. It’s convenient to multiple restaurants and the beach area. There’s also a 7-11 store just steps away.

This house was perfect for my husband and i and our 3 year old! Loved that it had 2 bathrooms! The main reason i booked this place though is because of the pool. It is very much kid friendly! We didn’t have to worry too much about our son considering there was a splash area that was only like a foot deep. But we wish we could have enjoyed it for more. Unfortunately the a.c. Went out on this house after a day of being there and we were there for 5 nights. You could tell it was old by the look of the unit and also there was so many instructions on how to use the thermostat. The home was perfect for what we were on vacation to do but because the a.c. Went out we didn’t get to really enjoy those things. I am very grateful that the company found us another place to stay with no additional fees or anything. I might consider staying at this place again in the future especially if they update their a.c. units! Overall this is a good place to stay!

The place was clean, but not really stocked. No kitchen towels or hot pads, no board games or card games, pool toys spices Queen bedroom had no lamp or clock next to bed. Closet light was not working. Didnt feel it was a premier host. Little things make a difference

Comfortable, quiet, spacious, nice pool. Chase in photo is replaced with standard love seat. Shower head in master bathroom needs adjustable fixture.

Nice little spot for my family to enjoy a short getaway. The kids loved the pool! Will definitely book again!

Had such a great time in Corpus , perfect place to stay, close to all the attractions. Will definitely be back.

This was such a clean spacious vacation space. Absolutely perfect place out daughters for the wedding.

My significant other, 2 of my daughters (adult and teenager), a 6 yo dog, and I took a road trip for Spring Break. From the very reasonable pricing to the amenities, this place was perfect. It was clean and made for a very comfortable stay. Although there was an issue with the ac upon our arrival, the issue was resolved quickly the following morning, and the property manager offered a refund for the first night. I highly recommend this place for your next vacation to Corpus Christi. I will be back! with the ac not cooling upon our arrival

Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and met our needs. The pool and community shared area was very clean and lovely.We encountered a number of maintenance issues including a leaking fridge and in againoff againAC . Response to maintenance issues was slow. This rental provides minimal essentials especially for kitchen and we needed to buy our own toaster and hangers amongst other items

Excited to get away, however the unit had a few issues. Heated pool was not working for the days we stayed but with the weather warm we were able to put our feet I the water. There was an issue with the fridge leaking, had toStay on top of it so kids would not slip. And we were not able to view local channels on the main tv.

My stay was during the Thanksgiving holiday. I had requested a possible early check-in which they granted which was very nice. Lots of problems with having to restart router because of Wi-Fi. Also refrigerator leaked throughout the 3 days. The worst part was not having hot water for a shower. Hot water ran at the sink but not at the showers? Customer service number provided to get help but no one ever came to assist. Was told multiple times through customer service line that they would have someone show by but no one ever did.

It was very clean and well prepared. My only was the TV. We were looking forward to watching some college football and that didn’t happen. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay. Thank you.

No wineglasses , no cuptowels, no hot pads, no extra garbage bags, we were told to buy our own. Frig leaked water on floor daily. Not our best experience

Easy check in/ check out. Very clean environment. Friendly guests and any staff you ran into. Very nice living spaces. Easy beach access and pool access.

The only thing that we liked about this place was the pool. The pool was nice. The kids enjoyed it but as for this specific rental, it had the bare minimum not even a broom and then when we did call for a broom, they said that they would bring one by so we could clean up and they never did. We saw roaches in the kitchen. The king mattress was dirty and stained the pillows were stained and as listed in the amenitiesthat it would have extra pillows and blankets. It didn’t all the cooking pans were old and dirty. There was really nothing nice about this place

Loved that it was close to the beach, also the kids loved the pool

The place itself was nice The customer service never pushed to help with what we needed Kept pushing us off Left a day early but the place itself was great

I’ve stayed in several condos at this location and this one is one of the good ones. Great space for two couples and the pool is always nice. This was a fishing adventure for us so we didn’t spend much time in the room but will rebook if it’s available next time around.

Location was great!

Half of my family stayed at the Wyndham on the beach and they related so many horror stories regarding cleanliness, bad customer service, wrong rooms, unruliness and so forth so I was grateful for our super clean sheets, towels, cement floor so the sand and wetness was easily cleaned. The pool was nice and clean and the parking was directly near the bedroom window.
