Beautiful Townhouse, a few steps from the Beach

This property was gorgeous and walking distance from the beach. Only downside is it only has one parking spot and for a 3 bedroom house with 4 beds thats definitely not ideal. We had to pay for my parent's car to be parked at beach parking which was not ideal. But our host was super helpful and communicative.

Location was perfect, close to beach, food store, restaurants. Very nice townhouse only issue was it was not cleaned when we arrived. Host got a cleaning service quickly. All good.

This property was perfect for our family, 2 kids & 2 adults. So many bathrooms, plenty of space, every bedroom has a tv. Location was great, quick walk to everything! Host is very responsive as well. Would definitely stay again!

This was the best place! It was within walking distance from the beach and to Publix, CVS, and Dollar Tree. The best part was having a designated parking space. The host was absolute the best! I had mentioned to her that we were flying and would be there before the actual check in time. She messaged and said it was ready for us to check in sooner than our time. The place was extremely clean and well kept! Very good communication! I cannot say enough that this was by far the best place we have stayed! It is well worth your money!!!! Also, the beach is very clean!!!

What a great place, perfect for 3 couples, clean and everything we needed. Loved with walkabilty to restaurants, beach and great vibe of Lauderdale by the sea. Owner was great, and highly recommend, would stay again!

Location was perfect! Within walking distance to beach, retail, restaurants, grocery store and park in a nice/safe/quiet neighborhood. We did have a car as we had offsite activities planned during our stay so it was nice that there was also onsite parking included. Comfortable beds and was nice to have ample living space for our family. Loved the bright daylight through upper level windows. Towel bars in the bathrooms would be a welcome addition as well as shower caddy or shelf for toiletry items. Would consider return stay if in the area again. Host communication prior to stay was prompt/responsive. Beach towels, chairs and cooler backpack with freezer packs were nice amenities.

Property very nice & very clean! Enjoyed it! Have some suggestions: 1. need bath mats 2. Need luggage racks to hold suitcases 3. Both beach umbrella broken 4. We are older some normal height or high beach chairs 5. Major inconvenience to wash all towels before departure, small washing machine for towel volumes. Strongly suggest guests strip beds instead of wash towels All in all, had a wonderful stay 😊

We stay at this property every time we are in Ft Lauderdale visiting our family! It is perfect!

We could not have been happier with our stay. It is very close to Publix, Dunkin and a small shopping center. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes. The provided beach towels, chairs and wagon was an excellent perk. The space itself is great for a group of people - families or couples. The 3 separate floors helps keep everyone spread out nicely. Very clean and we had everything we needed. Do not hesitate to book - you will not be disappointed.

Would recommend this place to anyone looking to travel to Fort Lauderdale by the sea. Sabrina was very responsive and notified maintenance to change the battery on the door-requests completed in a timely manner! Tons of beach towels, wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas to use for the beach! The beach was only a 2 minute walk to the public access point! Very homey feels! Will definitely be back! One piece of feedback would be to update and clarify the check out instructions that are written in the welcome binder. Messages that were send on Vrbo DMs compared to the binder were not the same and missing some items!
