Stayed Oct 6, 2025Location was great. Close to shopping center, gas stations & banks. Casino & Balloon Festival were a short distance from here. The house was well maintained and very welcoming. Met our host the morning we were leaving. Friendly, nice and very helpful.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025My husband and I have a walking 1 year old and this property was great! Plenty of space in either room for his pack n play and plenty of space to run around with minimal things he could hurt himself on (or break). We appreciated the large sofas and ottoman. Again, less risk of injury for our wild boy. I would definitely book here again.

Stayed Jul 8, 2025We had a great short vacation here. There were a few remotes missing, which were very quickly replaced by our host Kamron. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable and quiet. Great location too, close to restaurants and stores.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024My wife and I along with her best friend wanted to see the Balloon Festival. What a great experience we had at this beautiful townhome the pictures are perfect but they don’t do the home justice. Every room of this home makes you feel so at home in every way. from the time you walk in and smell the fresh burning candles to the walk through the home with each room is so perfectly decorated. Now let me tell you about the location. You are so perfectly placed that you can reach all you Albuquerque destinations with in 10 - 15 min. We stayed 5 night and absolutely loved every minute of this visit. Even had time to visit a lazy boat ride down the Rio Grande. Thanks again for all your hospitality.
