Beautiful townhome in Galena Territories Sleeps 9, 4 BR, close to Owners Club.

Nice walking trails around property. About 15 min ride into downtown galena.

Close & convenient to our family reunion. Switch for garbage disposal was difficult to find behind trash can under sink. TV was hard to figure out - available channel listing would have been nice. Return spring on front screen door missing.

We so enjoyed the beautiful setting to enjoy. We wish there would have been a map available to us to locate the various offerings in the complex, i.e. location of swimming pool, store, etc.

The townhouse is very clean and well stocked. The decor is unique and we loved it.The location is perfect, close to the ski resort and Galena. Communicating with the property owner was very easy and Ryan was very responsive and friendly. Thank you

Working with Ryan was without hassle, very smooth. We were only there one night but it’s a sharp looking condo on the outside and the inside is inviting, intriguing, and very comfortable. I highly recommend!

Clean enough, but dated and very worn. Some of the bed linens were very old and scratchy. Rusted curtain rods, kitchen cabinet doors didn’t close, downstairs sofa old and you “fell in” when the recliner foot was engaged. Also too cramped with all the oversized furniture. Need to let folks now there are several exterior steps to reach the property from parking.

Great stay for our group.

Property was nice and spacious with a great layout for multiple families and their pets. The host was very accommodating and responsive to questions/requests.

Very nice property. Next to the clubhouse. Exactly as pictured and described. Only drawback was it was hard to see the house number for a late arrival. We didn’t see it listed by the parking lot if it was there. We just walked around. Don’t let this stop you from coming to this beautiful property.

Shops were around 15 minutes away. It appeared pet friendly. Overall was clean. Owner was responsive. We ended up needing to contact because the AC wasn’t working well our first night and he got someone out there the next morning so our next night was way more comfortable.

Wonderful space, our family really enjoyed staying here. The indoor outdoor kiddie pools were visited everyday!

Easy check-in and out process.

This townhouse was in a great location and adequate for our needs. We had a group of couples attending a wedding in Eagle Ridge. The host was responsive and accommodating.

Place was exactly as described. Very pleased with the stay. Super flexible, super communicative. Would stay again. Walking distance to the resort. Great host.

Because of its 3 floors this condo fits a lot into its compact layout. Good location close to walking trails. Kitchen stocked for simple cooking needs.

I appreciated Ryan's communication before the trip and willingness to provide an early check in. Unfortunately Ryan was out of the country during our stay and did not send the check in instructions, including the key code. About 8 hours after our 1st attempt to reach him, we finally received the information. I believe this is an unusual occurrence but it was frustrating to not be able to reach someone during the rental for help. We were also told there would be 6 pool passes but only 3 were in the house. I am hoping we don't get charged for the missing passes. Because we didn't want to pay the fee to get other people in to the Owners Club, we went to the resort pool instead (we had family staying there as well). A bit frustrating as this was the main reason we picked the propertyThe house is definitely older and some work is needed (carpeting is bunching up, etc). But the price was great compared to other, newer homes. You can tell Ryan does do what he can to keep the property clean and in a decent condition. One other note - there are about 10 steps down to the condos and no ramp for wheelchairs or walkers. My mother has a walker and this presented a bit of a challenge. And there is very little lighting in the complex so its very dark and hard to see if you arrive at night.

Several friends and I rented the townhouse for a getaway to Galena to shop and enjoy the surroundings. The townhouse is laid out well for a group ~ room for socializing, separate rooms, and 3 baths. However, we encountered some issues. The townhouse was very dusty and needed a cleaning. In addition, the dishwasher was detached from the cabinet and unusable. For these reasons, we were disappointed in our stay at the townhouse.

Great property! Cute decor, comfortable and good space! We enjoyed the location and plan to come back for another stay soon.

A few girlfriends and I had a really nice stay at this place! We loved the location and it met all our needs. The host was especially friendly and quick to respond. I would stay here again!
