Beautiful Townhome 0.2 Miles to Downtown AU! Sleeps 8!

We have stayed here twice and had a great experience each time. It’s an awesome location for the AU campus, Toomer’s Corner, and all things Auburn!

Amanda was a great host! We had a couple problems and she responded very swiftly to help with those issues. There are many towels and washcloths so we never had to go without. This VRBO was hotel level clean, and everything was very fresh. We loved sitting on the patio also.Finding the place was a little confusing after the initial turn but other than that it is a great location and I would definitely come back. It was a great place to stay for my graduation.

Great space for a family visit. The unit was close to campus and local restaurants. We enjoyed grilling out and dining al fresco. The beds were comfy.

This was a great rental. It had everything we needed and was in walking distance to the downtown area. It was clean and ready for our stay

Clean rooms and comfortable beds! Love that they had a filtered water dispenser from the refrigerator. Easy walking distance for my family to get to downtown and nearby playground. Really enjoyed our stay! The front porch was so nice for morning coffee/tea. The train horn is very loud several times each day/night but I’m thankful they have sound machines in each room. Bring your ear plugs and you will be fine! Worth it for the extra space, amenities, relatively peace and quiet neighborhood.

Great location! You can walk to Toomers Corner and Campus. The covered porch was great to have to enjoy morning coffee.

We came to Auburn to celebrate our son's graduation and we could not have been happier with this property. So convenient, clean, and stocked with plenty of clean towels. When we go back for future visits we will check this property first! Thank you

We had a great time at Auburn seeing our daughter and friends! Went to the baseball games and visited the entire campus!

We alway live staying at this location!! The house is fully stocked and very clean! It is walking distance to all of Auburn University! Love staying here!

Condo was very clean, communications were great and love the location.

Amanda's condo was recently renovated, very tasteful finishes and furniture. Very clean and well stocked. We were there for the AU/Tenn basketball game and the condo was a great location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Communication with wonderful. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time here and enjoyed the condo. Very clean and accommodating. Everything we needed. Enjoyed the sunrises from the porch and sitting out in the evening. Such a wonderful, tucked away place so close to downtown and campus. We’ll definitely be back!

Our family used this property the weekend our son got married in Auburn. Great location and lay out for our extended family.

The townhouse was walking distance to campus and Jordan- Hare. The listing was accurate and the townhouse had everything we needed.

This was a short walk to everything and very, very clean. The porch was great to have. Renters should be aware that the extra day bed is actually in the family room, not in the bedroom upstairs as the listing describes and there are train tracks behind the complex. Sound machines are provided, but some of our group woke up 3-4 times a night. We recommend you bring earplugs.

The location is perfect! The inside was clean with enough space for 6 of us. I recommend having at least one full length mirror somewhere, fix some minor holes in the walls, and clean air filters
