Beautiful Telluride house close to gondolas with private hot tub & fireplace

We spent a week at the property around 4th of July. The location is perfect for Telluride! Staying a block from the gondola and next to town made logistics easy and the stay more enjoyable. The house was very nice with 4 floors and plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped. Staying in town you know you will have an older home, but they did a nice job updating the property over the years. Like many homes in Telluride there is no AC, but the cool nights and screens in the windows made sleeping easy.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Incredibly close to the gondola, very clean, everything top-knotch. Hot tub was amazing, everything worked perfectly. A lot of the bathrooms had heated floors and the primary bathroom even had a steam shower. Incredible.

Well, after a very long day traveling to Telluride, we finally get to the house. And at first, it was fantastic, but it changed quickly. The subzero refrigerator had an error code and would stay around 50 degrees. I texted my contact and they said they would take of it, so I called 3 hours later and the person said I have not heard anything about this - great! So, I asked it to be fixed adn they would call me back, they never called me back, I called again and they said that it could not be fixed quickly, so I said, I need a refrigerator and can you get me a dorm refrigerator, and they said they could within a few hours, well I had to call and it took 8 HOURS - for them to get it to me. Then the next morning the Viking Range did not work if you had the oven on - great!. We dealt with it, but the next day we work up with

Amazing home! So so clean and comfortable. The beds were all super comfortable and the home was incredibly well equipped. If I c ok idk give it a 10 star I would. We will be back.

We were in town for the Bluegrass festival. The house accommodated the 8 of us perfectly. We were 10 minutes from the festival grounds, around the corner from the gondola, a block from Elks Park/ Colorado. Because it's the back unit, it's missing the spectacular views. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. We'd rent again.

The stay and everything was great- we did experience getting bacteria over ourselves from the hot tub but other than that everything was great!

The house was perfect for our large group of 10 and never felt cramped. The location can’t be beat with very easy short walk to Colorado Ave restaurants and shops and to the Telluride gondola. We had a plumbing issue in the kitchen that limited our ability to use it for cooking but Vacasa was very good about covering the cost of our meals during that period. 5 star + house for sure.

Fabulous, well-stocked condo just a block from the gondola. Easily accommodates a large group with en-suite bedrooms spread across three of four floors. Loved the open kitchen, dining and living space layout with the hot tub just off the living room on a large deck. Second winter trip staying here and hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay at Depot 417. Nice location for skiing and the house was very comfortable for our family of 6. We appreciated the ease of communication with vacasa.
