Beautiful Sunset | Perfect Beachfront Pool Home | Sleeps 13

The house is absolutely perfect! Truly the most stunning location and many of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was nice. Only qualm was we had to keep reaching out to have the hot tub heated as the control panel was locked. And the slider was extremely hard to open but they mentioned that’s being replaced next week. Otherwise it’s perfect!

We stayed at Beautiful Sunset for one week with 7 adults and 2 toddlers. The house was beautiful and very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths on the top and main floor. The Basement had a full bath, 2 bedrooms and plenty of space for our family with the two children. We had a few issues but Collier Realty came right over and answered all our questions. Having the pool and beach right outside was wonderful...and the sunset views were amazing. The location was great, shopping and restaurants are very close.We would definitely stay here again.

House was great and Arlen and Jaime were right there from the in processing - small problems that arose. House was comfortable ( A/C was kept at 72 and that was still cool ), very clean and the lift worked out great. Definitely will stay here again.

Great house, clean, nice location. Very spacious, decorations, furnishings, all very nice. Minor things like a bath mat for getting out of the showers. We found only one in the laundry room cabinet. The sliding glass door was almost impossible to open and close. We placed a call and had a very quick response. He attempted to oil it, but it did not help. It got more difficult throughout the week. It often took two adults to open, close the door. It did help tone up our core! The kids were not able to get in or out without help. There was an issue with the spa and again quick response. Would definitely stay there again.

What an absolutely perfect rental property!!!! This home is spacious and the view of the gulf is amazing. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful infinity pool with a view of the Gulf. Being able to just walk a few steps to the beach couldn't have been more convenient. There are pool floats and lounge chairs in abundance. Our only suggestion is more towels in the house - (we only had one dish cloth). We were also happy that all of the flat screens in the house were easy to use which is not often the case in rental properties. The theater room was terrific. Highly, highly recommend this house!!!!!!!!

Who can resist a house with a pool located on the beach!!Ours was a girls celebration trip. I couldn't have asked for a better house. It was so nice to have both the pool and the beach at our fingertips. The bedrooms were nice to have with an additional 5 beds on the bottom level. Nobody had to share a room. We could have had more people if we wanted, with plenty of room for each person to have their own space when needed. The elevator was so very welcome for transporting luggage and groceries. The house could use a few updates with the wires hanging from the walls. A welcome booklet with directions for wifi, pool, light switches, fans and amenities would be lovely, but we got by just fine without it.I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a respit from your day to day grind.

As a family of 6 plus a toddler, this house suited all our needs.

Best Sunset spot in SW Fla!!

Looking for an escape from the Wisconsin cold. House was perfect with pool and beach in your backyard. Very clean and organized. Definitely would stay again when time permits!

The house was perfect for our family, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out between the two living rooms and all the bedrooms. We made most meals at the house, which was easy as the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed family movie night in our private cinema! Elevator was a blessing for my elderly parents. Beach was very clean and not very busy. The raised pool and hot tub were the biggest hit. The views are just gorgeous. We were all so sad to leave and head back to the reality of cold winter. Management was top-notch in answering our questions and suggestions for family attractions in the area. We are definitely coming back!

Amazing time at the beach with family. House was impeccably clean, had everything we needed. Comfy beds with new linens. Beach was not crowded at all. Highly recommended!
