Beautiful lakefront property with awesome views and awesome neighbors!

Guests really enjoyed their stay. This was for a business trip and they are considering bringing their family for a vacation.

As I said last year, just the perfect place for a friends’ weekend get together!!

We had a wonderful family trip! The place was large enough for all 8 of us, the views were amazing, and the hosts were great! My sister is thinking about bringing her family back for another stay!

Absolute dream of a stay in this amazing property. Everyone we dealt with along the process has been prompt and friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to return and enjoy these amazing sunrises and views. Bravo to these next level hosts!

We very much enjoyed the house. Lots of windows with views of the lake. And that deck! Heaven. Sarah and Jim were very good hosts. Very prompt in responding and just plain nice people. The neighbors are nice too. Wink. Wink. This will be an annual stay!

We enjoyed our stay on Lake Winnebago. We utilized the kayaks, spent time fishing, playing outdoor games and sitting by the fire pit in the evenings. Excellent location and property is kept up well and clean. We enjoy coming back each summer.

Very nice cozy house on lake.

This is the second time we stayed at the property. The house and grounds are immaculate. Sitting down by the lake and the view is great.

Check in was great and a welcome relief (after driving through Chicago traffic) of seeing a wonderful property with a view from the get-go. Having the small sand area was fantastic for the littles to easily step their feet in some sand and water. For being relatively busy lake, it was still peaceful. The patio and yard space were awesome! Great local restaurants and sites within 20 minutes or less. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would recommend for a family looking for a getaway.

Another wonderful stay in Fond du Lac this year. The Prices were gracious hosts and provided our family with everything we needed to make this stay so memorable. Looking forward to next year providing we can all settle on a date that we can make at the same time!

Incredibly clean house with absolutely everything you would need for your stay and more. Beautiful lake view, the kayaks included were very much enjoyed by our entire family for the entire week. The hosts could not have been more accommodating for our stay. If ever we were to return to Wisconsin, we would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this cottage!!!

My family (from Ohio) and my husband's sister's family (from Nebraska) met at this house for a wonderful 3-day trip. All the cousins had an absolute blast! There was so much to do right there on the property. The adults were able to relax because the kids were so busy and then exhausted from playing all day.

Had a great stay in a lake house @ Cozy Cottage. Sarah the host was very attentive on a few basic questions with immediate response. Accommodations were great and easily fit our family. Large grass yard with mature shade trees offered comfort and privacy with access to the lake and kayaks onsite. Great big deck allowed for dinners outside and peaceful place to look out at the lake during the day.

Had a great time in this beautiful well maintained property. Place had everything we were looking for on a family get away!

We loved our stay at the Cozy Cabin! It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The yard was big and beautiful — perfect for hanging out and playing games. Our kids LOVED fishing off the pier and playing in the sand! Sarah family were super friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. Definitely would come back!

Comfortable accommodations set on beautiful lakefront grounds. The owners are welcoming and so friendly. Lovely stay!

The most accommodating host you will come bu. Unbelievable communication throughout the stay. This was our second stay and plan to come back again soon.

Great space to gather in as a family on Christmas Day…Home away from home !!!!

This was the perfect house for the size of our family (7 adults). The lakefront location is beautiful. Check-in and checkout was very easy and owners were very prompt and professional in their communication. When we arrived, there was a non functioning appliance, and owner was able to get it replaced by the next morning. Very pleasant experience.

Great property and perfect for the family; the sunrises over the lake are breathtaking. Owners are close by and so easy to work with. We are returning customers and will continue to book this property on our Packers' game trips!!

We came into town for a wedding, neededspace for 9. Everthing was great! Enjoyed or stay, able to relax between the activities.

We were a group of five longtime female friends who got together here for our annual knitting retreat. Such a lovely venue. It perfectly fitted and fulfilled our needs. Located at the southern end of lake Winnebago. It has a large deck where we watched the sun rise and the moon set over the lake. Photographic moments for certain! We will return again next year for this event!!! Kudos to the neighboring hosts!

We attended the home opener for the Packers. This place is about an hour north but it’s absolutely perfect! The pictures are exactly right. The house has everything you need. There is plenty of space for everyone. The yard is immaculately manicured. We had a fabulous time!!

This was our second year staying at this property and we were very impressed again. We thoroughly enjoyed the lake views, sunrises, kayaking, fishing and relaxing by the fire pit. The house was very clean and has all the amenities that you need. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. We look forward to making this lake house a yearly tradition for our family.

Property was very nice and served our purpose really well. Seeing the lake every day was amazing and being able to have the boat docked right there was so convenient. The property owners were very attentive making sure we had whatever we needed. Would highly recommend.

Stay was great! One thing there could be more inside seating. I can tell you no one wants to stay where we used to. Will be back.

We stayed here with another family and our combined kids and it was wonderful. The beach is great for littles, they can walk in and it doesn’t get too deep. They also have a sand area to play in and build sand castles. My kids are already asking when we’re going back. The place has everything you need and the owners were really nice and super responsive. Thank you for great vacation.

We loved playing in the yard and kayaking. Many games to play. Loved the deck and sitting outside. The huge trees gave us shade that our fair skin appreciated. The main living area was spacious, open and beautiful. My grandson loved the basketball! Thanks for sharing your place.

Our trip was amazing! The location and the house was perfect and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed. Definetly would go back again.
