Perfect spot to bring the little one and family. Had a great time and enjoyed how baby/toddler ready the place was and Rick’s communication was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I had a nice stay for Thanksgiving 2025 at this property in Suncadia. Rick, the host, was welcoming and very responsive. The home was comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, basic pantry items, etc. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. However, I'm giving only a 4-star rating because 1) cleanliness was a slight issue here and there (a dirty dish or two in cupboard, hot tub water needed to be refreshed, there were food crumbs and a few paper scraps on the area rug in the master bedroom); and 2) there were a number of deferred maintenance items like a barely re-filling toilet tank in the 1/2 bath, no drain stoppers in the master bath sinks, slow drainage in the master bath shower, a toaster with only one half working, etc. But, aside from those minor issues, we had a nice time and enjoyed our stay overall.

Had a blast! Rick was great and we will be coming back to Suncadia soon!

Surprisingly quiet over a busy holiday weekend. Great location and wonderful views (especially from the back deck). Interior is solid which resulted in peaceful days/evenings. Love the HOA strict rules as it mitigates potential for inappropriate activity. We will be back for a longer stay next time. Thank you Rick!

We got married at this house and we are happy that we had the chance to pick this place as the venue for our small ceremony with close friends. The house is stocked beyond our expectations and everything was clean, comfortable and cozy. Rick was very quick to respond to our messages and overall a very helpful host! Many great memories got created here!

Very comfortable and well stocked

Our family had a wonderful time at this home. We met two of our adult children there. It was an easy drive from Seattle even with snow on the pass. The house had plenty of space yet felt cozy. We loved the large dining table for eating and playing games. The fireplaces were an added bonus. The house was a great location. You are centrally located yet felt secluded.Rick was an awesome host. Every question we had he answered quickly! We will for sure be back with all our adult children at some point.

The manager was very friendly and delivered all the details we needed, as well as replied quickly to all messages. Its a great house in beautiful Suncadia.

Quiet and cozy with everything you need to relax and unwind.

Such a disappointment … this is our fourth year renting a home in SunCadia for a magical Christmas with our sons/wives and our grandchildren. This home by far was way below what we thought we were renting. To enter the driveway, we had to move two big empty garbage cans that had obviously been sitting there for several days. Driveway was not plowed, we had to shovel the stairs before we entered the house. Upon entering, it was obvious that someone had been staying in the home just prior to us arriving. Dog water in the dog dish, the house smelled like a college guys dorm room, dirty bar of soap in the shower. Dog cleaned the lower exterior of refrigerator with his tongue. Toilets were very slow to flush, loose handles, Dog hair everywhere. I could go on but will stop here. It was sheer disappointment for all of us as we have always stayed at such well cared for homes. I am going to do better research for next year.
