Beautiful Studio Unit Steps from the Beach - Dover Court

The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with nearly everything we could need. We grilled our dinner three times - very handy! Very short stroll to the Ocean Front Walk and Mission Beach - one minute or less. Directions to the unit and the parking guidance were thorough and complete. Everything worked well!The Host was quite responsive and helpful with our few questions.

Great location, accommodating host!

My wife and I stayed at the property to celebrate our honeymoon and had a great time. The location was perfect and being less than a minute walk from the beach was amazing. The property was also within walking distance from various stores and restaurants and just a 15 minute drive from downtown.There was a problem with our rental when we first arrived but Robert was gracious enough to upgrade us to the larger unit with 2 bedrooms for our entire stay.Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Perfect studio for 2. Short walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurant, attractions. Only negative was the terribly uncomfortable bed.

Amazing location right next to the beach. It was clean and well maintained. The host did respond in a timely manner when we reached out. There was no shampoo or condition or dishwashing soap to do the dishes. There also were not very many towels and one of the pillows was not good. It also would have been nice if there were any beach equipment to use.

We love this place. This is the third year that we’ve taken our vacation to San Diego and stayed in this wonderful place in South Mission Beach. Everything is great there ,close to the beach nice and small. Just a wonderful time. We’ve already made our reservation for next year.

I absolutely loved this place!!! It was super perfect!!! The location was amazing and was less than a 2 minute walk from the beach. You could even hear the ocean from there. It was quaint, comfortable and had all of the necessities for your stay! It is close to places to eat and Belmont Park. There is even Netflix provided to enjoy watching. I wish I could have stayed longer and I will definitely be back!! It was a fantastic place to stay!! It was very comfortable and relaxing!!

Nice, clean and literally steps to the beach and boardwalk!Everything is within walking distance- coffee, restaurants, stores, shopping. I didn’t need a car. Will definitely stay here again. Great place if you want to stay by the beach.

Clean, cute & great location

The place was just like the pictures. For 1-2 people. Location was great. It's noisy from all the other people staying upstairs and around but you can't really help that. Hot showers and fluffy towels

Perfect for 2 people - it was just my husband and myself. It was very clean and cozy, you could hear the waves from our front door and literally just steps to the beach. Lots to see and do within walking distance.There was an overnight parking lot about a block or so away to park our rental car - we had no issues. We had to contact our host a couple times (no fault of his - google maps sent us to the wrong alley way and then we popped a breaker). The host was VERY responsive and got us back on track within minutes both times. We hope to make this an annual visit - we loved it. Thank you!

The area is clean, safe, lots of very nice people and it's walking distance to the beach, restaurants, parks and shopping. The condo was very clean and well kept, pretty much everything we needed was available. Thank you for the portable heater in the closet.

Amazing location!! It was quiet but easily accessible to everything on Mission Beach. It was a bit dark in the unit but it served well for the weekend

Great location. We just needed a place to land between activities which worked great, space is tight and perhaps smallest shower I have ever used. Overall nice place and would recommend as long as you don’t plan to spend much time there except sleeping.

Efficiency and I mean efficiency, the basics, great location though and reasonably priced. The downside is the Murphy bed which limits movement in the sleeping area. The pillows are not the best quality. There is an outside area for bbq and laundry area..Location and price can’t be beat

Dover Ct is the best place in mission beach to stay.on the beach in 3 mins- just great

This stay was for myself and my teenage son. No problems checking in or out. There is overnight parking 2 streets over facing the park, no issues there. The place was perfect for 2 people, he took the couch and I took the bed. It worked out great. The fold-down bed was EXTREMELY soft, too much for anyone with a bad back, but ideal if you like a pillow-soft mattress. The kitchen had everything you could need and then some. I appreciated the keurig, the pots and pans, and even some basic spices. Everything was clean and in working order. The stove works great as does the refrigerator. You are literally a 30 second walk from the beach and the boardwalk and maybe a 3-5 minute walk to the bay. This location couldn't be any better. Maybe a 5 min walk to Bellmont park too. We went to SeaWorld and took an uber, it cost $10 including the tip so still cheaper than parking at Sea World. I would stay again.

The property worked out good for us and was very close to where our family was staying.
