Beautiful, spacious lake front home in the heart of Boyne City!

Absolutely amazing property!Our family loved every minute!! :-)

This was a family vacation with our sons and their families. We were so impressed with the accommodations. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Checkin was easy, Wi-Fi available, and within walking distance to downtown Boyne City. The yard and beach area were awesome. A spacious backyard where the kids could play, plenty of outdoor seating and a beautiful sandy beach. We loved that the water was shallow until you got out to the end of the dock so that was great for the younger kids to play in. The sunsets were beautiful. We used the fire pit and made s’mores. We went to the farmers market in Boyne City and bought fresh fish, corn, green beans, and potatoes which we grilled out. Sandy, the owner was very accommodating and even provided us with the name of a business that rented out anything you could possibly need for a baby or young child. The house was very nice, beach was great. There was a slight issues with cleanliness at checkin, but we let Sandy know and she addressed the issues promptly. Otherwise was a great place with very convenient location for a week on Lake Charlevoix.

The property is great. Large manicured lawn, long dock, sandy beach, and shallow water was perfect for children to safely play. Very convenient to have a marina close by. The house accommodated us, our children, and grandchildren very well.

House was spacious enough for us to all hang out together yet there was plenty of room to get some privacy if wanted.

The house was as described and very clean. It is right on the lake and a beautiful setting. Communication was very good with the owner.

We had a family reunion with 14 people. Everyone had a great time and loved the house and beach.

Perfect location for a trip to Boyne City- close enough to walk into town, but far enough to feel out of the bustle. House is great for multiple families or one large family. Excellent layout and great community areas for everyone to relax inside and outside. Firepit on the beach, there is cheap and great burning wood about a mile up the Boyne City rd going away from town. Don't buy it at the grocery store. We cooked in most nights- bring your own kitchen knives and tools if you are going to cook a lot (or if you are picky like us) as the items there are functional, but well used. Totally understandable for a rental property. Good fishing from the kayak if you paddle out and towards town past the condo's and boat launch. Great place and owner was very helpful in the booking and check in! We will be back for sure.

The house was nicely updated and we had everything we needed for our stay. The location is beautiful and the yard has ample space and is well appointed. We had a very nice stay at this location and enjoyed the surroundings very much.

This is one of only a handful of houses on Lake Charlevoix that have a beautiful sandy beach! The pristine large back yard was perfect for the kids to safely play when they weren’t in the water. There were ample tables and chairs for everyone. The great room/kitchen/dining area also very comfortable for gathering as well! Owner communication was 5 star! Thank you for sharing this special place!

We stayed as a group of friends with our children and the house had enough room to host us all comfortably! The host was very responsive and checkin was easy. The location was beautiful with a clean beach and lots to do right away!

This is a nice house with a great beach and dock, however, there were issues with cleanliness and quality of kitchenware. we had to do a lot of our own cleaning. Some of the sheets and towels were stained, they do not bleach or disinfect them. Same for the shower curtains. At first glance, the house looked clean, but was not. The quality of kitchen utensils and cookware was terrible along with filthy kitchen drawers. We had to go buy some of our own. Dishwasher was difficult to use and leaves a thick white film on the dishes. The house needs a thorough deep cleaning. Sandy, the host was very nice and gracious, and we discussed our concerns with her.

Everything was perfect! The lake house was spotless upon our arrival. The house has all the conveniences of home. It has a wonderful beach and swimming area.

We had 14 people and were cozy but comfortable. The house location is great, walk or short drive to Boyne City, short drive to Walloon Lake, and right near the main grocery store. The beds were very soft and comfortable, which is always a risk with VRBOs. We had some challenges in using the individual air units, one bedroom was very warm but the other are three were fine. Overall great home and would recommend it.

Plenty of COMFORTABLE beds for everyone! Just know you are in a cove so all the debri washes up on the sand and you’ll want to take it before the kids play. This place has everything we could want/need! Very efficient and timely manager

First class, beautiful VRBO right on Lake Charlevoix! Super clean and comfortable. Very roomy. Views are spectacular. Manager Sandy is very easy to work with and responsive. Will definitely come back.
