Beautiful, spacious and very bright 6-person villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Overijssel.

The vacation home is located in the park Buitengoed 't Lageveld, in a quiet location next to a large recreational lake with all kinds of facilities for young and old. There are 3 air conditioners in the house. The house was completed in 2021 and is fully equipped. The bedroom on the first floor has a private bathroom with shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor.Upstairs are the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom with shower.

In the private garden you can relax well and enjoy your vacation.

Next to the park is a swimming lake (36 ha), in the summer months a swimming and recreational paradise. The vacation complex has many services to offer: Bicycle rental and activities for children during school vacations. Excursion possibilities: Adventure park Hellendoorn (10 km), Pony park Slagharen (34 km), Deventer (40 km) and Enschede (40 km). Also visit the indoor swimming pool in Wierden, which offers wellness with sauna, whirlpool and Turkish bath. For stays of several weeks, bedding is changed weekly (cost per week).

At the entrance to the park is a double electric charging station where you can use your charging card. Buitengoed het Lageveld is a spacious family park where you can enjoy your family or just find peace and quiet. Not suitable for youth groups.
