Beautiful, spacious and clean 4 bedroom home with spare living room

Listing is as shown, and close to UAA as well as downtown. House was clean and easy to get into. Upstairs and downstairs have separate thermostats which is nice. Kitchen is fairly well equipped. There is a keurig and a drip coffee maker. Lots of misc staples left from other groups. However there were not enough coffee mugs for our group lol. Coffee from a wineglass!There were lots of game throughout the house which was nice too. The mattresses are not super comfortable and the pillows are flat. The listing does show a double futon, and there were sheets/ comforter for that in laundry room, but no pillows. We gave a pillow from someone else’s bed but I feel like we all wished we had for more pillows.

An affordable, comfortable place to stay while in town for appointments and other errands — plenty of room to pack our totes to be sent home up north —easy access to the mostly midtown areas we needed to get to. One night there was loud music from one of the neighboring homes across the street for several hours but the other three nights were quiet.

Our stay was great. The home was just as they described it. Clean and spacious enough for us to not feel crowded. Not far from downtown and many sites. Quiet neighborhood. Thad responded quickly to questions and check in/ out was easy. Will definitely stay here again.

House was very basic, but worked for us. Overall clean and outside was clean, considering the neighbor houses with plenty of parking available. If you dont mind driving everywhere its a fine location, but not really close to much besides the park. Basic kitchen supplies provided, but no coffe pot just a keurig and only seating for 4 at the table with no extra chairs available.

Overall our stay was good, short drive to downtown, wasn’t the cleanest but was cute inside.

In town for a week and this is a great location. If you have toddlers, there are a lot of places for them to find trouble! Haha but overall it was a safe, clean and comfortable home to stay in. Great tv room downstairs for a movie night after a long day out and about. And a fenced yard if the sun is shining!!

Lots of space which is great when traveling with a family. Tons of amenities and was a great hub for exploring Anchorage. Owner was very communicative.

Part of the kitchen wasn’t cleaned. Linens left in dryer. House wasn’t what we expected compared to what was advertised
