Stayed Apr 12, 2026Rooms were pretty clean but kitchen and bathrooms need to be deep cleaned. You can tell this property was flipped to a rental pretty hastily. Many of the rooms have furniture that doesn’t make sense and are lacking basic items (nightstands, trash cans). The beds are small given the size of the rooms but they were comfortable. Need bedding that is more universal not pillowcases with weird textures. Suggest switching the twin bed in to the room with no door, as this would be more appropriate for a child, and add a second twin in same room for maximum occupancy. Given the price I still felt good about staying here

Stayed May 21, 2025House was as advertised. Host was very communicative and kind. After arriving home after our stay, i realized I had left an inexpensive but sentimental item at the host's house. I contacted the host and he shipped it back to me at his cost. Above and beyond!

Stayed Oct 30, 2024We were delivering supplies to NC with truck and trailer. When we got to Bristol John met us and was so helpful and kind. He made sure we had everything we needed and were safe and sound for the night. Door Dash delivered with ease. Home was comfortable. Loved the beautiful Christmas tree. Highly recommend this home.

Stayed Sep 9, 2024We really enjoyed our stay here, it was very peaceful( my wife really enjoyed listening to the rooster crow off in the distince in the morning). We had a great family get together, with our son and grandson. I also enjoyed talking to the owner, John.
