This is an adorable remodeled home, with comfortable furniture and beds, clearly loved based on the special touches the owner has done. The location is great being only 3 miles to Winstar and a couple further to The Border (our favorite casino). It was perfect downstairs for gathering family members around the kitchen, dining table & living room who came from Texas, Kansas and Florida to visit and celebrate 85th and 90th birthdays. There is a full ensuite bedroom/bathroom on the main level which was perfect for that elderly couple as they struggle with stairs. The large 1/2 bath downstairs is handy as well. It apparently used to serve also as a laundry area but at the time of our stay the washer & dryer weren't there. Upstairs had another full bathroom to accommodate the guests in the 3 bedrooms located on that level. I need to mention that one bedroom off of the gathering room is private but the other bedroom isn't as you have to pass-thru to access the 3rd bedroom. This arrangement is ONLY good for a couple with children or possibly all older kids due to the layout and lack of privacy for either bedroom. We are family, all in our 60's & 70's (with the eldest couple downstairs) so we made it work but keep this in mind when selecting the property. The owner was very accommodating and responsive in spite of the fact that she was traveling out of the country during our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and stay at this very comfortable home on our next visit.

Our stay was a memorable getaway. The home is beautiful and situated in a peaceful setting. It had all the amenities you could think of. The location was perfect and provided us the easiest and quickest access to Winstar World casino. Misty, the host, is gracious, courteous, and responds quickly. Our overall experience was magnificent!

10/10! Highly recommend this beautiful home. It’s conveniently located near the casino, and the owner was very responsive. Perfect for our group of 8 adults, but also great for families with kids thanks to the play area with toys and books. We didn’t use the outdoor space, but it’s nicely set up.

Three small families got together for Super Bowl 59 . We had a blast . Great location . Amenities in home were just as described

Most everything was good. Second floor A/C very poor. Need outside trash can. Great kitchen and appliances.

Lovely house and super close to the casino. Definitely will be back
