Beautiful, spacious 3-bedroom house

Kitchen was well stocked other than we did end up purchasing a kettle for tea as that is something we use a lot. Grocery store close by. Mostly quiet neighborhood. Easy to find. Good communication with host.

Tim my host was responsive when I had questions. The house was clean and I liked the setup. Lots of spices in the cabinet and plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen. Note to chemically sensitive people: they wash the sheets with perfumed Tide, probably use perfumed dryer sheets and employee room fresheners throughout the house. If you're not chemically sensitive this house would be fine.

Tim was quick to respond about any questions we had. We were visiting family in Aurora/Centennial area so perfect location. Close to restaurants and anything we needed. Great house, very clean and plenty of space to move around. Best experience!!

Everything was great at this place. Super clean, easy access, lots of room for our family to stay, 2 kids and 4 adults. The only small thing i wish they can fix is tighten the padded dinning room chairs. They are loose and move alot. Felt like they might collapse. If i had my tools I would have dine it, but we are traveling from Texas.

This home is well appointed, great location and neighborhood. It had everything we needed!! We will check on this one again when we visit in the future!!

Rented the home for a weekend for graduation at DU. Felt like there was enough room for all of us to spread out, and then gather for meals. Quiet area, close to freeways too.

Tim's house was the perfect space for our youth sports team to stay while visiting for a tournament. Big spacious rooms and everything we needed. Would recommend and stay again!

Perfect location for our group of women. The beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and cozy. We wish there had been a coffee pot instead of just a keurig. There were plenty of towels but no washcloths. If we go back to this area, we would stay here again.

Great house very clean that is located near shopping, grocery stores and parks. Easy access to walking paths as well. Wood definitely stay again when we are in the area.

We had a soccer tournament at Dicks Sporting Stadium. This was a perfect location for my family and daughters who were playing in tournament. So much better than a cramped hotel room!
