Lovely, upside-down home located in Avalon's popular south end. This home, with 2 large decks, has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and will sleep 10 people. First floor features a ceramic tile entry, family room which opens to a covered front deck, three bedrooms (one has an ensuite), laundry room and a full bath off the hallway. Second floor has a bright, living room with cathedral ceilings and a fireplace, dining area, lovely kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Anotherguest room on this level as well as the master bedroom with ensuite and a bath off the hallway. Large front deck, off-street parking for 2 cars plus a shed to store bikes and beach items. 1st Floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 full hallway bathroom. First floor master bedroom has a queen bed and it's own full bathroom. Another 1st floor bedroom has a queen bed. Another 1st floor bedroom has the pyramid bunk bed (single over a double). 2nd Floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 full hallway bathroom. A second master bedroom with a king bed with it's own full bathroom.
