Beautiful Ski In/Out Cedars Townhome with Private Hot Tub

We loved staying here, our three young kids had an easy walk (50 yards, at most) to click into their skis and be on the slopes! Then with the private hot tub and the fireplace in the living room, we had a great time relaxing together and recharging for the next day!

Our family loved this property - comfortable, clean and ski-in / ski-out. Walking distance to town a huge plus!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great unit in a terrific location. Once you park your car in the heated garage you won’t need it again until you leave Breck. Less than 100 paces to the Quicksilver lift. And an easy ten minute walk to the village. The unit itself is in good shape. The hot tub is great and larger than it looks in the listing. Kitchen is good but could use a pizza cutter. Living area and fireplace are cozy and warm. Only odd thing is that if two families stay here, it is plenty big enough but the kids sleep in the same room or adjoining room as the parents. It’s bigger than needed for a family of four but would be slightly awkward for two families, in terms of sleeping accommodations. But we loved everything else and would definitely stay here again. Only other note for property management would be to improve snow removal. Driveway and sidewalks were not cleared until a few days later and poorly cleared at that. The heated sidewalks were nice but where they weren’t heated, they were a real hazard.

Can't beat the fantastic location of the Cedars on Peak 9 and the property was in good condition, well equipped and matched the listing. Met all of our needs. We enjoyed our stay there and booked it again for Spring Break 2025.

I received great information to start my stay off right. The rooms were awesome and it was nice to have multiple bathrooms. The hot tub was real treat and so cool to have it in your condo and private. Location was very convenient to everything. The Wood Winds staff were helpful and friendly! I will always choose Wood Winds when I stay in Breckenridge!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clearly the location of this unit is hard to beat being just steps from the slope. However, our overall experience was sub-par given the condition of the unit. Upon arrival, we were immediately hit with a combination of two unexpected odors -- mold & chlorine. The ceiling above both showers had visible mold growth. We spent the trip with windows cracked to facilitate air movement. Two of the windows were inoperable...two that would have provided air to the main bedroom and bunk bed area. We setup a box fan to push air into the main bedroom during the day. All of us had to increase dosing of allergy meds in order to remain comfortable overnight. I cannot recommend this unit in its current state. We had a great trip otherwise. The skiing was amazing. Breckenridge was is an amazing destination. We will return to Breck, but will not return to this unit.

My family of four stayed at this property over Spring Break in mid-March. The check-in process and parking was very convenient. The property was clean and just as expected from the listing/pictures provided. There was plenty of space to spread out and lots of sleep space. The kids ended up sleeping in the nook off the master in the bunk beds, leaving a whole bedroom, which sleeps 4, and the pullout couch on the first level unoccupied. We technically could've brought a whole other family with us! The location was the best part of this condo. It was located right between 2 lifts at the base of peak 9, within walking distance of the Quicksilver and Beaver Run lifts. The kids attended ski school at Beaver Run, so it was a breeze to drop them in the mornings before we broke loose to enjoy skiing ourselves. An added bonus was our own private hot tub, which we enjoyed each evening to soak our sore muscles. This condo was perfect for our family, and I would love to return and stay again in the future.
