Beautiful Six Br, Pool, Tennis, Short Walk To Beach

Wonderful home with access to pool and beach.

We certainly enjoyed our week at the beach. The private beach is absolutely perfect in North Bethany. Crossing the highway was intimidating at first but we got the hang of it. The private beach was well worth it, We also enjoyed the nearby kayaking, pickleball and the pool. The house is decorated very nicely and had everything we needed and more. Thank you!

We were a pretty good size group (family) we all had privacy in our bedroom and time alone if needed. The most well stocked we ever stayed in. It felt like staying in a friends home, not a rental. Easy to communicate with the owners with questions. The multiple porches were comfortable. We used several different beaches just to try new ones each day, including the neighborhood beach. Loved the Indian River beaches. Great vacation! Great house!

Pure heaven. Everything was in perfect condition! Very convenient, access to Pvt beach was easy and the hiking/biking trails are beautiful. Highly recommend and the owners made communication a breeze. We look forward to next season.

Great home for large families. Painless access to a quiet private beach. The owner was easy to communicate with. Overall, a perfect covid vacation.

This was our first extended family vacation! 4 families, 6 kids (all boy cousins aged 3-9). The house was perfect size for all of us and the boys had an amazing time! Parents as well! Walking distance to the beach and access to the pool, tennis court and an amazing walking/biking trail. Had a couple of small issues but the owners were very easily accessible and nothing kept the week from being exactly what we all had hoped. Perfect way to reconnect and simply enjoy our time together during a time that hasn’t allowed us to do much of that at all.

Nice property with plenty of space. Everything included as listed ex., kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. Some significant issues ex. Dryer didn’t work, 1st floor air conditioning didn’t work. Owner was responsive and addressed as quickly as possible but we were unable to use the dryer all week which made our stay uncomfortable

Great experience for our families that were in Delaware to watch our daughters play in the Senior Softball Little League World Series!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

Couldn't have been a better spot for a family trip. Beautiful, well-decorated, comfortable home. Tons of deck space. Quick walk to the best beach in town. Gracious and helpful hosts. Highly recommend.
