Stayed Feb 24, 2024We stayed at this lovely apartment for the Music Festival weekend. It is a beautiful condo, well furnished with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Even beach umbrellas are available. It is a delight! I would not hesitate to recommend this for your next stay. Thanks to Jeff and Jhoana and also the staff who keep the place meticulously clean. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Nov 13, 2023Comfortable condo that was nicely decorated. The pool was small and we didn’t think we’d use it until we realized how warm it got!! It was clean and we did enjoy a dip especially since the ocean is pretty wild in San Poncho. Conveniently located in the town.

Stayed Feb 1, 2020House was beautiful. Pots and pans not 100% clean. The pool was tiny! The WiFi was not working which the property manager blew off by saying- “it’s México”. An alternate location would have been helpful to know. Property manager appeared distracted & did not really care claiming it “was very busy with numerous people checking in”. There were no basics like shampoo, etc. And there was no blow dryer! I was shocked and angry. That was so unwelcoming and stingy. In the offering it claimed to be much closer than the 15 mi ute walk to the beach. There was no hot water. The owner was very responsive and gracious but it seemed like extra work to have to contact him to get property management to respond to me. If it was my property I would find a new property management company.
