This classic Outer Cape home is tucked away in the beautiful woods of North Truro on a private road, only 1/2 mile to the private and pristine Cranberry Hill Association bay beach. The value of a private beach cannot be overstated at the Cape; there’s no need to buy expensive beach passes or worry about parking. The Cranberry Hill Association beach is one of the best on the Cape! It is only 1/2 mile from the house, a delightful stroll down the private road, however parking is available as well to cart all your beach accoutrements. There is no better way to finish your day off on The Cape than to watch a sunset, which are simply epic at the local private beach.  Other bay/ocean beaches and freshwater ponds are within 5-15 minutes driving distance.



The home features a contemporary split-level design with upper-level kitchen, living and dining area and a wrap-around deck with a spacious outdoor lounge/dining area, gas fire pit and grill. Indoors you will find expansive vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light with floor to ceiling windows, Swedish-modern decor with exquisite artwork throughout the home. Sleep soundly in the supremely comfortable beds, with windows open or central A/C. You have the option of showering under the blue sky or stars in the large newly built enclosed outdoor shower.     Tucked away on a winding private road, secluded and peaceful, a wonderful home, chockful of character and some of the best beds we've ever had in a rental! Easy walk to the private beach and every amenity you could possibly want, this house has it all. Loved every minute and cantvwait to go back.
