BEAUTIFUL SEASIDE APARTMENT WITH PRIVATE PARKING A FEW STEPS FROM TAORMINA

Anna was very communicative throughout our entire stay! Arrival and check-in were super easy. The garage parking was literally a life saver considering we have a 2 year old, which comes with complications such as keeping a stroller handy. It was great to not have to worry about circling the block to find a spot and then carrying a sleeping toddler home, especially late at night. The apartment itself was comfortable and well equipped with things that were important to us, such as towels, working appliances, a washing machine, strong AC, and wifi. Our son had tons of space to play, and we were even able to host my family for dinner. The balcony is a lovely place to sit, relax, eat, and take in the ocean view. We spent a lot of time out there eating breakfast, sipping espreso, and enjoying ice cream. The location is unbeatable, on a quiet one-way street, steps away from countless cafes, restaurants, and both organized and public beaches. There are also multiple markets within walking distance, which came in handy when we ran out of diapers or groceries. All in all, i would highly recommend staying here!

We occupied the property from the 23rd May until the 4th June . In the main the property was to our expectation, except for some minor but quite fixable small issues we endured .On arrival we were only supplied with 2 bath towels for our stay for some 12 days . Extra towels were then supplied .The shower cubicle was so small it was physically impossible to enter and close the panel door .When we asked for a larger kitchen knife , we were informed that this was not possible because of safety regulations !! No cutting board in the kitchen .No kitchen sink plug .Issues with the shower bath drain plug blocking shut .The TV reception was unviewable most of the time.On notification of these list of concerns and seeking a response there was none .These easily fixable problems at a relatively low cost detracted from what is a good property .There were a total of seven light bulbs not working .The fridge door tray kept falling off .I truly can not understand the reasoning behind this from the property manager .Notification of well paying tenants issues should be addressed promptly .Pleasant stay otherwise !
