Stayed Nov 22, 2024We were greeted by the owners upon arrival and were amazed to find an assortment of gluten free foods — including a homemade cake — (we are gluten free), as well as an assortment of other groceries to get our two week stay started. That literally saved us our first night after being awake for 32 hours straight during travel! We were beyond touched by that level of thoughtfulness and generosity. Our stay was comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee with a view of the sunrise every morning. The owners checked in on us periodically and made us feel like we had people to turn to in case we ran into issues during our stay. You can tell when there, that there is a lot of love and care that has gone into this unit and it was a delight to be surrounded by such love and care. The listing said it was a two bedroom — we were surprised to find that the second bedroom was the living room. This may be a cultural difference of description as we have seen in various real estate listings. Even so, we stayed on the very comfortable sofa bed and gave the bedroom to our oldest and their fiancé. There was still ample separation of space and, since the bulk of our time was spent out, it was no issue at all. As long as we had access to the coffee maker in the morning, we were happy! We would absolutely stay again.
