This was our 3rd visit to this beautiful home! It’s perfect for our annual Forced Family Fun weekend! It is in a great location and is well appointed. Jeanmarie was very gracious and helpful with our questions… we highly recommend it and will certainly go back!!!

This historic property is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and so homey. We were on the Cape for my father-in-law's memorial service and needed a place to accommodate all eleven of us. This house was perfect and the location was so convenient. Our host was very kind and welcoming, giving us extra time beyond the usual checkout time to give us a breather before heading back home. We cannot begin to express our gratitude.

We got together here for an army reunion for a group of us who served together over 30 years ago. The owner was awesome to work with and the house was perfect for us, plenty of space. Thank you again!

The Sea Captain’s house was a unique experience for our group. Within walking distance to the beach, which we did daily, and getting to experience staying in an 1800 Victorian home, our stay will forever be a fond memory! We were a group of 8, four mothers and four daughters, ages 50-80. The only challenge we had was the third floor rooms and bathroom, which would probably be more suitable for teenagers. Lovely home!

We are part-time residents of Centerville who needed a large house to accommodate our family for a wedding weekend. The Captain’s House exceeded all expectations for this event. The host was incredibly helpful for any of our requests. We highly recommend this property if you are interested in a classic New England sea captains home. We loved our stay and you will too.

The home was perfect for our multi-generational Thanksgiving Celebration. Ages ranged from 4 to 85 years old. We had plenty of room to relax and the rooms were comfortable and cozy. The home came stocked with tons of plates, cups, utensils, etc etc etc which is always important. We had a great time! Our host was communicative and was very committed to making sure we had everything we needed. If we need to host a similar family gathering, this will be our first choice! Thank you!!

Perfectly situated. Big old house in great shape. Lots of stairs but with 6 adults plenty of room to stretch out. Only complaint was no cable so no network TV. Had a CO2 detector going off when we arrived and the Home Watcher was there to put in a new battery within 30 minutes

We had 11 of us and it was perfect. Everyone had their own space with huge tables so we could all eat together. Nice quiet street within walking distance of the beach. Ideal vacation spot for a large family.
