Better than expected. We will return without a doubt.

The home is very lovely and in a beautiful location. The backyard was by far the best part, being right on the river with lots of wildlife around. The beds were more comfortable than most rental homes, which was a big plus. The only downside was having to carry a key around, as the electronic lock was not setup. We did a lot of hiking in the area and I was worried i was going to lose the key to the home. Overall, a great place to stay.

This is a beautiful home with many nice little extras that you don’t normally see. Rooms were spread out for privacy, yet the common areas were excellent for hanging out and enjoying each others company. Backyard was amazing! Everything was clean and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable home and massive backyard were perfect for us. Quiet neighborhood was great. And close to town for groceries or restaurants.

Do you like windows? So many of them with beautiful views of the river and foothills. Large, spacious house. The master suite is awesome. You can't go wrong here.

Both the house and the location are beautiful. We had some issues with the cleanliness.

The house set up was perfect for our family. There's plenty of space inside and out for just cooking, fishing and relaxing. Everyone enjoyed it! The host was great, too!

The home is an absolute gem and needs to be treasured! We floated the river directly off the property, spent the entire weekend on the lawn, and enjoyed the spacious kitchen, bedroom, and beautiful views. We all agreed that we need to spend at least one weekend there every summer!

An absolute paradise next to the river very back yard oasis! Very clean home and Host was a 10 meeting our needs! Most definitely recommend everyone to visit and stay in this place!

Absolutely incredible weekend! We had the most amazing time staying at this beautiful home right on the river. It was the perfect getaway for our entire family and grandkids — peaceful, scenic, and full of unforgettable moments. The house was immaculate, spacious, and had everything we needed. We especially loved how close it was to the lake, where we spent time boating and making great memories. A huge thank you to our wonderful host, Michelle — your home is truly something special. Our stay was amazing. The house and property are like a little oasis by the river. The host was very friendly and attentive. We definitely look forward to staying here again!

This place was a little slice of heaven. With the sounds of birds calling you every morning this place was so peaceful to sit in comfort outside while enjoying the view of the wilderness. We loved it! Highly recommend! You are close to Elephant Butte and Caballo Lake. We went to a Donkey refuse and enjoyed the town of TorC. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.

So many amenities in this beautiful home on the river. We loved it and will definitely stay again.

The house was great. My son fished in the river, he saw fish but had no luck catching them. It’s a short drive to the lake and to town to eat or stop at Walmart. We had forgotten our “comfort of home in the kitchen bag”. But we were pleasantly surprised that the house had everything we needed that we left behind in the bag. We had to stay in one day because of high winds and we played games and enjoyed the house. I would recommend this property.
